Our Full Immersion weekend was so informative and fun. Bill Hook not only "taught the class", he made us think for ourselves. We got to actually experience going out and conducting a repair estimate on a property in our area. It was a real "hands on" experience instead of just looking at slides and sitting in a stuffy room. Bill was a top notch instructor. I can't wait to get started on our property!! Thanks Bill
