Great customer service. I have ordered a gift through carriage and then contacted them through WhatsApp to request delivering a gift card with the item but they had none, that was some how excepted as they are not a specialized gift shop. Yet the customer support was beyond amazing as they have taken my message, printed it with a nice design on an A4 colored paper and put it with the gift. The customer support also kept me updated with the delivery status. As a first time customer, such small gestures really makes a big difference. Highly recommended.
Expression computers is the only shop that I'm willing to trust for fixing my devices. They saved my life on many occasions whether its a phone problem, laptop problem and even a flash memory problem; they would always have a SOLUTION. Moreover, the staff are absolutely amazing; they are always smiling and ready to help to the maximum level.
While the staff are quite nice, the technicians are imbeciles who know close to nothing. They formatted my laptop TWICE, each time taking nearly 40 hours simply backing up my documents (which are about 187GB) - the technician lied about formatting the first time and said he only restored my OS, lied about the backup taking as long as he claimed (in reality he had been lazy and started the backup a day late), then finally lied about the issue I had to begin with. My PC wasnt sleeping when I closed the lid, and after formatting my laptop TWICE he said "the latest Windows 10 version doesnt support sleeping" even though that's completely ridiculous and I had been on the latest Windows 10 before the problem occured anyway. Horrible technicians, ruined my PC and wasted nearly a week's worth of my time then lied to my face numerous times. Do not recommend AT ALL.
It was exactly before 1 month. My laptop had problem with no power due to spilled coffee. I went to every servicing centre where they suggested unacceptable solution with very high repair cost. My friend suggested this service centre. They not only gave me perfect solution and service but also assured me of service in case of any issue in future. To this day I didn't face any problem after service. I suggested my friends also. Even he had best experience with service provided. To be honest this chain is growing. Keep the same spirit guys

The employees did not count as morals, they took the device and put it with them for a period of about a month, then they said this device is not under warranty and they did not call for nearly a month. I filed a complaint against them at Batelco

I wouldnt suggest sending your products here if you want to recieve them in working order. Sent in my laptop with an issue that would have cost around $100 to fix and got it back completely ruined (can never be fixed). The original issue was with the m.2 drive but i got a called from their technician stating that the laptop didnt have an m.2 drive and that the motherboard was broken. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard and their absolutely IS an m.2 drive in the laptop. Incredibly incompetent.

I really like the variety of products they offer but what I really don't like about this place is the unfair warranty procedure that they follow, if you buy let's say a keyboard and it stops working after just a few days then your on your own, no warranty on it
Expression Computer is highly recommended store for me and I keep referring it to friends and others, usually I buy Surface Pro accessories from them. Recently I ve got SSD to upgrade an old PC and Nintendo Switch with a pair of JoyCon, their prices are competitive and their services are quick whether in answering inquiries or in delivery. You can reach them if you ve a certain order/ assembly in mind and they would get back to you with a reasonable price. I prefer to contact them directly either in WhatsApp or instagram, as sometimes not all their products found listed on their page or website.

Amazing Service, Excellent Customer Support and a VERY COMPETITIVE price! Had to get a COMPLETE cleaning and thermal paste replacement for my Alienware 17R4 as well as a storage replacement from an HDD to an SSD. The store is located conveniently in Hayat Mall, close to Salmaniya hospital. Service times for both were under 24 hours, and I was constantly updated with regards to the status of the service, which was awesome . Compared to the rather shoddy job the Dell technician in the US had done when my laptop was last cleaned, I noticed a significant reduction in temperatures to both my CPU and GPU - my 6820HK runs overclocked at 3.5GHZ nice and cool (around 58 - 64 degrees celcius average) even when playing demanding games like the Witcher 3 on very high graphics at 1440p , which was almost a 15 degree drop in temperature, while my GTX1070 GPU runs nice and cool at 61 degrees celcius overclocked by 215mhz on the core clock and 150 MHz on rbe memory clock. For the HDD replacement, they successfully transferred all my data without any major issues, including most of my games, to my new Samusmg 860EVO 2tb HDD. The store has a good selection of computer hardware as well . Keep up the good work guys . Definitely recommend them for all things laptop and computer related.
This is just a waste of time repair shop. They don't know what is really wrong with the PC and only offering a reformatting keeping you waiting and waiting for an update without any result. Moreover, letting you come over and the staff is on break.
I have a Dell Inspiron laptop which stopped booting. I had given to expression computers for diagnosis and repair. They have a reasonable quote and in good time repaired the laptop. Support has been good .
