The San Diego Summit was our second summit since joining Fortune Builders last December (2015). This time, we attended the Rehab Bootcamp with JD. We have completed one Rehab and are working on our second, so it was perfect timing to attend. A real refreshing event, That is eye opening and a great avenue if your interested in learning about ways to escape the rat race. I had the pleasure of having Jeff Rutkowski as the speaker for the three day workshop. He knows his stuff as well as how to keep a crowd interested. The workshop was well worth it.

I wanted to learn about flippng houses and properties, so I attended the preliminary three-hour event. As I expected, there was some marketing efforts to push us into buying into the upcoming weekend long event. I was impressed enough with the quantity of real information, and the professionalism of the presenters, that I signed up for the 3-day.

Similarly, a part of the weekend event was selling us on more advanced trainings and programs. As before, I was again very impressed with the attitude and experience of everyone involved with the company. I was again pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of info I got; more than I expected. I learned a lot, got my questions answered and came away very happy with the value I received for the price. John DeJulio, the presenter, did a terrific job making the three days interesting and informative. Very satisfied.

Fortune Builders (aka CT Homes LLC) is the original real deal. Everybody tries to sell their show, deal, package but few stand behind it once they have your money. Fortune Builders give you the systems, the training, the coaching, the documents, etc to guide you down the path of success, determined only by your own drive, motivation and will power. Bootcamps have the actual founders, Than, JD, Paul, and Konrad speaking at them in person. Yes, your summit training is being taught by the founding members of A&E's "Flip this House", the original and very first show.

We attended the Chicago Summit in Sept 2016 and went to get re-energized and re-focused. We performed 6 deals our first year in Fortune Builders and hit a wall mentally. Seeing the founding partners at our summit, mingling, talking, allowing us to take pictures with them was priceless. The teaching was mind blowing and got us so focused that we created 2 squeeze pages in the internet and a direct mail campaign before lunch on the last day.

What Fortune Builders does when you join is supply all the necessary training, systems, coaching, documents, videos, etc in house to help you through most anything you'll encounter. Training is always ongoing and available to all members. By far the smartest business decision I've ever made in my life!!!

I have attended 2 presentations and one 3-day seminars so far.
All of them loaded with very relevant information about Real Estate, and those truly interested in getting into Real Estate, regardless of your level.
Whether you decide to go forward or retract yourself, you will be certainly able to draw a lot of information out of it in order to make a decision.

What I liked, is that this company targets on middle class market, and mostly the participant determines his own level.

What lacks a little is information and dedication in early stages of involvement.
Sales force tends to be a little over-zealous in pressure tactics, but if you are smart you can still draw information in order to make the best decision for yourself.
What I didn't like was the pressure of making blind decisions in order to be "admitted"

I am still in the obscure about their levels of involvement in new trends and renewable energy sources. I hope it is part of their consideration.

In overall, I thought it was informative, on high levels of competence, and their levels of commitment are broad.The greater majority of enrolled participants' success rate seems to be very high.

Have not seen too many bad reviews, but perhaps did not do have enough time to do a profound and in-depth research.

My preliminary impression is overall favorable.

This was one of the most empowering classes I have ever taken. I have never been so focused during any training or lecture as I have been in this class. Great learning experience and great positive energy!!!

I attended the Fortune Builders 3-day Workshop, in Omaha, Nebraska. It was phenomenal! Wow, the amount of information you receive is is by the truck load! Nate Harris was our fantastic speaker for the workshop. for the 3 days. He was fantastic ! He was so full of energy, & kept it light & fun! Attend the Fortune Builders workshop! You will learn about what you didn't know that you didn't know. If that sounds confusing then attend the workshop for clarity...:)! I attended this three day event motivated by the need for a plan B. What I found was an open doorway to my successful future. Everything Dina said was simply logical. It all made sense. She showed me methods by which I can manifest my own successful business in real estate investing. Most importantly however, she showed me that I can do this from my current place in life. I don" t have to have a lot of anything to get going... If I am teachable I am already there!

Let me start of buying by saying this ... ITS NOT A SCAM!! This was one of the best educational 3 day sermon I have ever been to, and I been in school for 3 years. And I can't express enough how great it was to learn and to pick up knowledge from some of the greats in the game. Let's be frank, there is a lot of bad and a lot of programs out there who offer different type of products and I had my fair share of falling on my face with some of them. To be honest this program is not one of them. My personal opinion of this program is, try it out, give it a shot, if it's not for you. Well at least you gave it a shot, but at least go in with an open mind. And yes I am in the process of applying for the program at the moment and I hope I am able to get in. The weekend training was absolutely fantastic !!! It was very informative and helped me to calm down about how to do this business and whether I had made the right choice for me. Dan's relaxed personal teaching style and ability to communicate was/is second to none. He is very thorough and insightful. The Full Immersion weekend was an awesome experience. I gained knowledge, insight, hands on experience and confidence. Sayam delivered and interesting and fun experience. A significantly large amount of knowledge was presented over the two days, but by lunch time on day two I felt like l wanted to go find a deal. Sayam CRUSHED IT!

I attended a Fortune Builder s Immersion event held this past weekend in Cincinnati, Ohio. For those who do not know, the Immersions are a series of accelerated courses dedicated to real estate investing. This course was much more than a presentation of the various real estate investing techniques. Additionally, this course presented how to setup a real estate investment business, and defined a clear path complete with action items. The direction, business plan, and presentation of the material was neatly wrapped into an engaging, powerful presentation specifically tailored for learning. Our instructor, Shawn Tiberio, is the owner of a successful real estate investment company (House to Home Properties, LLC) which means he has real life experience implementing the business plan presented. His experience coupled with his dynamic personality, passion, and highly polished presentation skills is why this weekend was the best learning experience I have had to this point in my life. To put this in perspective, I spent many years obtaining a doctoral degree in engineering which required many years spent taking courses such as calculus, differential equations, partial differential equations, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, statistical mechanics, quantum mechanics, atomic and molecular spectroscopy, kinetic theory of plasmas, electricity and magnetism etc.

We attended the Fortune Builders Wholesaling Bootcamp in Orlando in August of 2016. It was such a positive experience for us, we learned so much and had several key take aways from the event that we are immediately implementing in our business. I want into the bootcamp with a mentaility of a small business where I was the technician, I left with the mentality of an entrepreneur and looking to grow a business not a job! Already looking to schedule our next training with Than and the group!

I attended the Internet Intensive and the Rehab Bootcamp in San Diego and learned a lot about how to market our company using all the major social media avenues such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
This is the 2nd time we attended the Rehab bootcamp and this time we learned how to market our 1st rehab which went on the market last week. We can't wait to implement the KPI systems to help our business grow! Great training by JD Esajian and all the other Fortune Builder coaches!!

I just finished my Full Immersion and feel extremely confident in the knowledge I took home. We started our weekend with what could have been a disaster because our original speaker was called away for an emergency. It was our good fortune that Dan McCutchen was in Tampa (I'm in New Jersey). The speaker was energetic and passionate and exposed us to a number of concepts that most people in the room (and that i've spoken to since) did not otherwise know about. They do push their mastery classes in the workshop, but if you're not interested in that, just ignore it; there is still a wealth of knowledge that they share and I would definitely recommend it!

Great workshop! The class is very informative and most importantly, beneficial. If you are a realtor you can gain addition information and tools to help with your career. I went to the Full Immersion this past weekend and I must say...it was amazing! I know I've seen many false ideas about the Fortune Builders company. These typically come from people who could not make it past the initial 2 day event, let alone the 3-day summit where you learn you need to make a life-changing decision in whether to invest in yourself or not. I dove in head first and I am in a position most people would consider to be very dangerous and risky to make this type of investment. However, I saw value in what Cole A. Hatter said and I made my decision. Come time of the Full Immersion with Dan McCutchen and this wonderful guy truly put any doubt away. He helped me see FB's vision for people who want to truly make that change in their lives. There is one caveat, though: You have to want it, and you have to want it bad. Otherwise, you will be blinded by your own self-limiting beliefs.

I was blessed enough to attend a 30 hour work shop on real estate and how to buy , rehab and sell homes and condos and to make a profit in doing so. Our speaker and instructor was the best and most inspiring that I have ever had the pleasure of hearing in my I entire life. His name was Sean Mcnicholas, better known as Seanie Mack. I found the entire Fortune Builders RE Rehab Bootcamp experience to be excellent. The technical content of the session, coupled with the very credible and experienced perspective of JD made it very easy to have confidence in my ability to apply the knowledge gained. JD has a vey smooth presentation style and was able to readily relay his expertise to the students. I found to be very easy to learn from JD.

Additionally, the networking opportunities with others in attendance as students, as well as, staff members and others supporting the Bootcamp was extremely valuable. I know that all of the support I might need is readily available from the Fortune Builders society.
