When the class started, Shawn let us know right away that we were going to get flooded with information, and he was right! Fortunately, I've been involved in real estate for quite some time so much of it was familiar to me but I know that I don't know everything so much of the information and the details that Shawn went into were incredibly eye-opening. There were a number of times that I could sense my confidence level increasing just by listening to the input Shawn gave about the topics. The day out at the properties was a game changer for me. I went into it with my detailed property management eye and Shawn quickly taught me that I have to undo that thinking. By the time we got to the third house I was able to get a ballpark repair cost estimate in the time allowed and my estimate was the closest to the actual owners estimate she came up with when she bought the property. This was all due to the hands on learning and real advice that Shawn gave . If not for that I don't think I would've been as accurate. When it was time to review the comps to come up with an asking price, I was incredibly happy to learn that the price that we thought should be offered was the EXACT offer that the current owner bought the property for! Again, the training and hands on learning and advice from Shawn made that possible. I can't describe how may confidence grew from that exercise. I'm grateful for Shawn talking to me while walking the property and answering all of my questions. I would recommend anyone to attend a seminar or course that Shawn is facilitating in a heartbeat! He was awesome!!
