Amazing educational, insiders workshop last weekend. Even if I wasn't interested in real estate, the information I learned is far more valuable than the money I spent to attend. Ralph Plumb is an incredible teacher and knows how to explain everything perfectly for everyone to understand. The Fortune Builders 2 day Full Immersion was a great learning experience and introduction to the business of real estate investing. There is so much to learn and this immersion provided a walk-through of what to expect as we begin this journey. The in-class exercises and on the site house walk-throughs were extremely helpful to gain exposure and increase confidence.

I have been a Fortune Biulders student for about a month now. I can't express how amazing this journey has been already. The curiculum and resources are amazing. Wow was I wrong and it could not be further from the truth. This week during my Full Immersion class, JoAnna Anderson was so giving and transparent, I was blown away. From The Mastery Face Book Group membets to the assistants everyone has been incredible helping me realize a great foundation in building my business and making me a better person personally. Fortune Builders is an institution that makes it impossible not to become successful in real estate. I've been thinking about getting into Real Estate and one morning while driving to work I heard on the radio about free information to real estate given by experienced investors. Just like anyone with a healthy mind would have attended for more information as it is always helpful, I have taken the time to attend. No question, the speakers was knowledgeable about the topic and I've attended the next 3 days events. In those 3 days I've learned more than an average person with years of experience in real estate . As I'm not P.O.O.R (Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly), when I see an opportunity I know it. I made my decision to get my education with fortune builders even though I am the type of guy who like to look at the prices of even apples in different super market to choose the cheaper one. Not that I am cheap, I just like to spend my money wisely because I know how hard we work for it. I try to cut on cost to spend more time with family. I didn't shop around this time before coming to a decision because it is one of those unique type of product without comparable sometime in the market. Becoming successful at this point looks inevitable thanks to the support on all aspects and the people that are always dedicated to lift you up. Every coaching call fill you with a ton on information and energy and every question is answered when asked. I'm not an employee of Fortune Builders I am just a mastery student that joined recently and I know I would have appreciated if someone has shared a similar story to help me strengthen my faith in investing into my education when I was making a decision.

Let me first say that the overall expiernce was AMAZING! It gave me the kick in the pants that I really needed and will be forever greatfull for.

I lucked in FB mastery, my business partner signed up for the course a year prior our partnership. He felt very confident that the course would show us both how to better our new business in the Redidential Develpoment world. I new a little about FB but had been doing my own research for many years and felt it was, honestly a waste of money to pay someone to hold your hand when you could simply figure it out for your self. I am Retrired Air Force and it was my job to figure things out my entire career. I was super stupid! I now realize that FB is worth more than the 25k if you use every thing they give you. It comparable to Mc Donald's asking if you want one of their stores for 25k, of course you will say yes, might even trip over yourself to do it. FB is apart of the 20% who make 80% of the real estate money and partnering with them means you will be apart of that 20% as well. I wish my business partner was able to make that connection for me but i am overjoyed and thankfull that Speros Vouriotis was able to. It was really impressive because having already dipped my feet in the redidential development world, many of the topics discussed I already understood, but rather than zooming out, as I usually would have, he engaged everyone in a way that allowed us to share our knowledge with everyone else. We had to stay engaged so we could help others. That's what this whole thing is about, helping each other fulfill our roles to making that 80%.

I am forever thankful to my partner, who believed in FB enough that he wanted me to join and to Speros for making me see the Blessing God had placed at my feet.

I pray this review inspired someone to take a chance on FB or reach out to one of the coaches, they really do want to help. Lastly, I pray all the blessing to Speros and his family, that they continue blessing others with their knowledge and that the flood gates of heaven continue to rain down on them. I am not saying there process for property is bad, it actually looks very well put together, however like anything else if not executed absolutely properly could be a failure that would be hard to come back from. No such thing as get rich quick. Hard work and commitment leads to success.

The Fortune Builders seminar was an amazing experience for my husband and I. The classes were enlightening and Dina, our instructor was so inspiring! You learn more than real estate investing, you learn how to invest in yourself and your family as well. The class is very informative and covers investing, taxes, credit repair, the proper way to utilize your credit cards and so much more. The entire team is amazing and make you feel like family. They took the time out to share their wonderful stories with us, they answered our questions with no hesitation. This class really changed my life. I recommend this seminar to everyone, I promise, you will look at your entire life differently! You will be eager to get started with this program and begin to invest in real estate, your family, in others and yourself!

I attended a FortuneBuilders seminar on Oct.14-16-2016. Ryan Burk was the speaker for this event. His 3 day presentation was very professional. For a professional presentation of this nature, it is very obvious that Ryan spent much time in his preparation. During the seminar there was an allotted time for questions to be answered. If you weren't chosen to have your question or questions answered, Ryan made himself available during the breaks. Than Merrill and Paul Esajian made a personnel appearance to speak about their company and future visions. This is a 1st class company. Attend, what do have to loose. Don't put yourself in a position down the road and wonder if you should have attended.

Thanks for inviting feedback on last weekend's Construction Management Academy. I appreciate the amount of time and energy that was put into the development and teaching of this workshop, and am grateful for the comprehensive resources that were provided in the workshop binder. I have two suggestions that I think could improve the impact of the workshop: one, I believe that more time spent on the actual management of larger construction projects - focusing on critical path, task scheduling and programs that assist in doing these, and two, dividing this subject into a "beginners" level and "experienced" level would be most beneficial.

Excellent 3 day workshop. Trainers are there to make sure you walk out of the seminar with as much knowledge as possible. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed learning from Shane, at our marketing immersion. He brought out our creativity and we had plenty of laughs. He even arranged to have special guest mastery students come and share their experiences, which were invaluable. Shane had a lot of great ideas and answered all of our questions. Crushing it 2017!!

My connection to Fortune Builders was the proverbial "when the student is ready, the teacher appears" scenario. I heard FB's radio ad for an introductory meeting while driving to view a very unique potential property in Washington, DC.

. . . as I fast forward to meeting Full Immersion Team Captain & Speaker Dan McCutchen this weekend (who coincidently is from the DC area), I can only describe the straight forward wealth of information that Dan generously shared as true synchronicity for me. I have been exposed to a lot of formal and informal education, and I really enjoyed the fast-paced comprehensive study on how to take life from ideas and technician level living to the freedom of an entrepreneurial mindset. Quite a catalyst for me!

Hello everyone.

I have to say that I was not ready in my mind to stand up in front of people and speak. Especially when it is speaking about something that I am just learning about for the first time.

Shawn chose me a couple of different times at the Full Immersion classes this past weekend. He chose me to go up to the front of the class for the learning process for the students. Although I was extremely nervous, red faced, and uncomfortable the entire time that I was speaking I pushed through it. By the end of the day I feel that this was the best way that I could have learned the maximum amount of information and retain it.

So even though I would have never have chosen this way to learn and going forward I still may have a hard time going up to the front of the class to speak, I truly feel it was the best way for me to learn. I know that I will be okay to do this again if I am called upon. Thank you Shawn for that.

As much as I didn't think this at first, (when I was called upon) in my opinion Shawn chose a great way to teach all of the students by doing that type of teaching.

What I left with from the Full Immersion weekend is that there is so much training available and that there is a network of like minded friends there for support. Trying something new is a challenge but I know there is support for every question I have. Bill Hook wanted the class to understand that Fortune Builders is there! Follow the system! Network within the FB family and out in your area to keeps those leads going. I will say that in the weekend training and from what I've seen on the Web casts and Facebook is that everyone is positive and wants to help. Very reassuring. I feel I have a friend in Bill and look forward to seeing him at events in the future.

Mark and I were very impressed with Dan's "one man show"! He handled all the arrangements very well, showing both confidence and expertise. He was very connected to all of us in the class. Dan had a great sense of humor, kept the information very interesting and helpful, and showed how much he cared. He even did a follow-up letter to us thanking us for coming (written at midnight) before leaving Albuquerque the next day. Dan made the weekend both valuable and enjoyable.

Without a doubt, the best....best....BEST decision of our professional lives we could have made! The knowledge, the tools, the support, the availability, the professionalism, <and the list goes on....>. If I had to do all over again, I'd only change the calendar. I'd start earlier.

Great training! Shane did a magnificent job. We learned a lot and it gave us the confidence to attack our action items and keep moving forward.

Attending the Full Immersion in Augusta, GA was an amazing educational weekend! We've learned so much within the little time we had! Being able to get hands on, and learning together as a family was so comforting knowing we're all there to help eachother! Bill was our outstanding coach! He kept it fun and kept us all interactive! Full Immersion with Shawn Tiberio this weekend was the best Fortune Builders experience for us to date. We are new students, however, we left full immersion with improved confidence and armed with the tools we need to move forward building our team and to make our first deal.
The role playing and "field trip" to the properties helped us put all the puzzle pieces together.

I attended the full immersion this past weekend and our coach was Dan McCutchen. I cannot even begin to tell you how knowledgeable and responsive Dan was. He answered every single question that was thrown his way. He went into detail to explain to us the rehabbing process, Scope of Work and how to estimate Repair costs. I deffinitely feel a lot more comfortable going out and making offers and rehab.
By far this is the class I learned from the most. I highly recommend to anyone to take the full immersion with Dan.

I've been using Fortune Builders for several months now, and I have to say it's been a solid investment in my personal education for real estate investment.
