Before I talk about Fortune Builders, I want to share some of my background in real estate. I am starting a business with my family and prior to joining Fortune Builders, I had no knowledge about establishing a business, investing in real estate properties, and lacked the thinking mindset needed to succeed in this industry.

I recently joined the Fortune Builder's Mastery family and my experience so far has been priceless. The amount of information and resources provided have made me 120% more comfortable and confident in succeeding in this industry.

This past weekend, I had my full immersion session with Dan McCutchen. Dan is an excellent speaker and such a huge resource; he made my family a lot more confident and optimistic about our future. During our immersion weekend, he took us out to some of the properties he is currently working on and gave us a breakdown on how to evaluate/analyze a home. I'll tell you that when I first walked in the doors on Saturday morning, I had no confidence in locating properties, evaluating it, and creating an offer and after one weekend, I feel like a pro! Furthermore, the weekend was a great networking opportunity to meet people in your area looking to do the same as you.

Although my family still has a lot more to learn, we never get tired of learning; this is a direct result of the environment Dan created this weekend and the mentality Fortune Builder's engraves into its students.
