The first free class is just to give you an idea of how you can learn more and do your business in real estate to learn how to flipp houses, but what they really want is that you are interested in a 3-day course that costs $ 197.00 if you do it that day, which is a great discount according to them because if you register online it costs $ 500. Then, in the 3 days of training, you think you are going to master flipping, but no! They never tell you how to do it. They make you a motivational show, similar to that of the network marketing companies, very emotional and they even cry, to get you hooked and surprise !! ...
