The 3 day workshop was well worth the $200. The speaker was energetic and passionate and exposed us to a number of concepts that most people in the room (and that i've spoken to since) did not otherwise know about. They do push their mastery classes in the workshop, but if you're not interested in that, just ignore it; there is still a wealth of knowledge that they share and I would definitely recommend it!
