Had what I needed. Good selection of in store supplies. New catalog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plan to check them out next time we go RV shopping. Had a clearance area on rv's too.

The staff at Folsom lake RV are incredibly helpful and kind and aren't a bit pushy. Troy and Melinda spent a few hours helping get us set up with the exact fifth wheel we wanted. The manager Angel was also very helpful and respectful and patient with us. Unfortunately our deal fell through on our end and they were very understanding and didn't try to push us into a deal. They are a respectful and customer oriented company and I would highly recommend their service.

Do not purchase an RV from here, certainly don't purchase the warranty and don't even try to get your rig repaired here. We bought our trailer with a full warranty in Sept. 2018 - everyone was so nice and we were excited. We had some problems with our RV and took it in June 2019 to be fixed. It sat baking in the sun for more than 2 months, and when we got home some of the things we asked to have fixed were not. We were super disappointed, but after receiving a call from the service department in December from someone new in charge stating they were attempting to correct some of their prior mistakes our hope was renewed. HOWEVER- I just called and asked about bringing our RV in to reinstall a TV antenna that wasn't installed correctly when we bought it (it fell off the 1st time we ever took our trailer out) and to fix the door latches/locks Chris in the service department laughed at me. Literally laughed. I get their busy, there is a much better way of doing business though. I cant stress enough that we are busy people as well, and I've spent a ton of time dealing with this place and feel totally duped. Did I mention we spent thousands of extra dollars on an extended warranty- total suckers. I'm especially mad because this place is so mis-leading.

Honest, honest, honest! I bought my RV sight unseen, my sales guy (Courtney) sent me videos and the RV was even nicer then I thought it would be. Ashley in the finance department helped us find an awesome loan and Angel the manager, assisted us with questions and small issues. They even arranged for a great transport company to deliver it to San Diego. We love our KZ Durango Gold!
Now the ONLY reason they didn't get 5 stars:
Since we weren't there to do the "walk-thru" we had to depend on the prep staff to do it. There were some minor issues that should have been noticed when they were getting it ready to ship. These items weren't hard to spot, my husband and I found them all in a matter of about 30 min when we did our own walk thru. Most of it we fixed ourselves. KZ had to ship a few parts to us, (small stuff) and sent out a service guy to fix a leak in the gray water line. All in all, I would have NO hesitation buying from FLRV any day!

Its our second time there, they are really helpful very nice people!!! You're Treated like family!!

Just completed my purchase today....and had to write my review , so this company can get acknowledged for their services....My buying experience here was excellent...The customer service was outstanding....To name a few that assisted me with my purchase from beginning to end..Eddy, Ali, Melinda, and Tom Jones...every single one of them were GREAT..I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend buying your next RV here...it's very had to get GREAT customer satisfaction now a days..so when you get it..you need to share and acknowledge that company...GREAT JOB Folsom Lake RV.....

BEWARE....If you are seated in the buyers seat Brad and the team is all good.BUT they tell you if the rig you are buying doesn't work out that they would be more than happy to sell for you...What they really meant was they would love to STEAL it back..Paid around $26,000 with upgrades for a brand new 2018 Cougar 24...6 months later did not like the bumper pull..Called and this is a e-mail quote from Angel Valenzueal a manager I kept....
"Brad shares with me that you may be seeking too sell or consign your Cougar , Currently we have had several market conditions affect values and consumer consumption , The impending tariffs and the Feds market..
If you would like us to purchase the unit we would buy the unit for cash at $15,750".... Sorry Angel consumer spending was up 1.9% first 3 months 2019...Look it up.. WHAT an insult and a LINE of BULL..JUST BEWARE as they are truly truly unfair at taking care of you AFTER THE SALE..............TIM DANE......NO THANKS to your offer to help as you have already shown your cards....I consigned with another local RV dealer who was more than happy to help and treated me MORE than fair after they sold it in less than 30 days...........

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The salesman Eddy was a pleasure to work with, however that is the only positive feedback I can provide. I purchased my Genesis 34gs fifth wheel from them almost a year ago and FLRV has been in possession of it for approximately 8 out of the 12 months due to self inflicted issues from their service technicians.

I ordered an all seasons underbody wrap with the trailer and the way FLRV installed it completely sealed off the vents which damaged the refrigerator and caused the generator to overheat nearly catching the compartment on fire.

The patio kit was not installed completely and two brackets were left out which posed a HUGE safety issue. We have not been able to enjoy it because of the fear one of the kids may lean against it and it give way causing them to fall off the edge

When they installed the gooseneck hitch in my truck they left out the safety chain hooks, broke my 7 way, and installed the hitch crooked by almost an inch. I spent almost $100 to have a different shop re-install the hitch.

They did not know how to setup the auto leveling system, I had to research and figure out how to calibrate everything myself.

Keep in mind that many issues are still not resolved. I have had problems since day one and communication between Angel, Robin, and anyone else who is in a so called management position at FLRV is few and far between. After my trailer was in service for 4 months having the refrigerator repaired, I picked it up only to find that the refrigerator STILL does not work. There are screws missing and panels hanging off on the fridge as well and I STILL do not have the patio kit fixed.

Their service is terrible and their technicians seem to have no care or concern, let alone common sense. I would highly recommend buying a trailer elsewhere, even if it means driving a little further. I live about 45 minutes away and strongly believe in spending money locally, however I will not be returning to FLRV once the outstanding issues I have are resolved nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your concern, although I find it unbelievably ridiculous that it takes a public and broad internet review on FLRV to receive service that I feel was deserved from day one, I do look forward to hearing what your new service manager has to say. Especially about the recent four months my trailer was in service without any thing fixed. As I stated in my previous comments this has been an ongoing issue for about a year now and please believe when I say the last thing I wanted to do was degrade a local business on the internet. Again thank you for your prompt response, as this has been the quickest communication I have received from your company during the entire relationship that has been building over the last 12 months.

Friendly, helpful people! Recently purchased 35 foot trailer to live part time in with their help and I love it. Needed help with small additional customizing and they have the staff to do it all. There is a wait for appointments though.

Service is good throughout the store. Needs more experienced older RVers with more RV experience & knowledge of motorhomes & trailers.

Very misleading business since service manager shon arrived the place has gone downhill this coming from a former employee don t do business here.

My husband and I bought our first and current Montana 5th wheel in 2017 from the #1 sales guy, Brad. Melinda was very patient with all of our questions and thorough while going through finance. Since then we've had nothing but great service for our 5th wheel from their service department. If there was anything wrong they were there to fix it. Carl and his team are AMAZING!! During our first year owning/learning our Montana Carl was there for us. He is very knowledgable and patient with us, of course there were things that we should have done but we chaulked it up as a learning experience. In 2018 we became full time RV'ers. Anytime we had a question Carl was there to help/guide us. Carl and his team take pride on what they do. Cannot express how wonderful the staff at Folsom Lake RV is. Angel keep up the good work, what ever you're doing with your staff. Bottom line our experience here has been nothing but 5 STARS. We will be back next year for our annual maintenance.

Always a good time, nice place for short or long term.

The only store around that make you take your temperature before you can shop for trailers. If I had a temperature, I would not be looking at trailers on a hot day. What does it cost to have a customer walk in the front door. The sales man did not seem interested to show us what his inventory. We walked out and will never come back.

Postscript: Not only 5 Stars, but I have to add 4 Wows! The service we have received , after the initial sales and purchase experience, has been above and beyond. Bought the fifth wheel in for a couple of warranty issues, not only were our problems fixed, but they noticed a fixed several things we had missed/overlooked. So, would I recommend Folsom Lake RV to friends and family, ABSOLUTELY. And to anyone else looking for excellent sales and service in a travel trailer or fifth wheel.
Firstly, thank you, Dan Cano and Angel, you were very patient with our decision process. Second, thank you for being THE local dealer for Keystone travel trailer products. We found the 'just right' fifth wheel for us, after a year of searching, and eliminating, other brands and dealers.
When we narrowed our decision down to the one, we just missed out on the model you had in stock, but you got right on it, and in a couple of weeks, we had our brand new Mountain High Country fifth wheel, straight from the factory!
I can't say enough about how well we treated, and how easy you made this process.

Went looking for a new 5th wheel. Salesman Eddie let us walk around and look by ourselves. Didn't find the perfect RV yet, but do appreciate the no hassle, no pressure sales people. Eddie was also able to answer questions about our old RV.

Bought our trailer from them. Brought it in to have some repair work done on it. After sitting for months they said management didn't want to do the work on our trailer, it was too much liability and they didn't want the work. Be warned they're nice when you buy but after they take your money they don't have time for you.

Brad Ruben was very helpful, informative, and friendly. His ability to listen and pinpoint exactly what we needed was unparalleled. Additionally, he took the time to walk us through multiple fifth wheels and trailers in the heat of the day. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for an RV, a travel trailer, or a fith wheel.

Everything was good until I bought a part and they didn't have the rest to complete the project.

Quoted a 1/2 hour labor to install my electric brake for the trailer. It took over an hour, but only charged for the estimated 1/2 hour. They also provided a cable I need for the install and didn't charge for it. Friendly, efficient, professional service. Also, the parts department personnel helped with another issue. Will definitely go back.

Folsom Lake RV is the go to place for all of your RV needs and questions. Ask for Dennis! He is SUPER knowledgeable about all of the different vehicle types. He has really helped me understand which vehicle will best suite my needs. I had such a hard time deciding between a decked out van, class c vehicle, or a fifth wheel. Dennis helped me find the perfect fit for me! I can't wait to purchase!

It was hot. Really hot. Checked in at the front and explained I was looking and learning. They were very nice.

Since I'd already looked at the little lot in front, I asked about other units. They didn't have motor homes.

Had to ask one of the guys to come with me for a more close look at a brand new on-sale model. The whole experience seemed like they weren't that interested. When I asked about other places to look they didn't suggest their #1 competitor and when I did, they were not kind in speaking of them.

Felt a bit like one of those shady corner used car lots. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Exceptional, timely and great communication dealing with a significant warranty issue. Their service tecs performed a job to the standard I would expect if I took my 5th wheel back to the factory for the work. What makes Folsom Lake RV great is their employees and how dedicated to their customers they are. A rarity these days. Will buy my next 5th wheel here for sure.

Bought a new RV here and the wheel melted and fell off on the second day of ownership. I would not fault them except they insisted on charging me while they waited on payment from Keystone. Overall when it was all done I lost my new RV for a month, and had to pay for a tow at $400.

They were meant to grease the bearings which they apparently did not. Could have been the manufacturer or the dealers fault. But it sucked to spend 25k then have the folks who are meant to fix it be a hassle.

Update: They did call me after posting this and offer to pay some of the damages. They were genuinely concerned about my experience and interested in doing what they could although 18 months later.

I sold the one I got from them at this point and will talk to them about another one, but I may more closely inspect if I get one here.

They helped me consign my trailer. Very accommodating.

They only had travel trailers no A-Class motorhomes.

Very nice new and used trailers, nice location and the perrsonal were very nice not pushy and I must say they have a very nice large inventory of fifth wheel trailers. I'm still thinking about buying one from them. It's worth the drive to there location.

A busy popular place with a lot of helpful attendants large assortment of trailers to close from. A very good experience overall.

There are very few businesses we have dealt with where you feel like family, where the staff respect your needs and Folsom RV does that. We bought our 5th wheel there and have been there 4x. From salesmen, parts dept., financial dept., general manager to Carl and his mechanics, we know we are with knowledgeable, reputable people. We recommend them highly to anyone, considering an RV purchase.

Purchased a 2016 Voltage 3805, in September 2015, tooo many items needing attention.
They said to Take it out and make a list for repairs?
They would have it for more than a week with the repair order only worked on it for 5 hours, we will have to bring it back another time to fix the next problem, appx 1hour each way 1/2 hour or more to drop off,1/2 hour or more to pick up each time, 3 trips so far.
Made our purchase with it unhappy, started finding dislikes more than likes.
Sold it within 3 months, lost 20k, happy its gone.
we asked if they would buy it back, there offer would of been close to 28k loss.
not going to go on about our feelings.

We lost our home from the Camp Fire in Paradise. We were looking for a 5th wheel and went to a couple of places. The kindness we were shown at Folsom RV was heartwarming. They were sensitive to our needs during the process and went out of their way for us. Their prices were already lower than the other places we checked out and yet they still gave us a deal. They furnished the RV with extras for free to help us out with the basics like plates, silverware, towels, blankets, sheets and pillows, even the electrical cords and pipe connections.They arranged for our 5th wheel to be delivered as soon as possible. We could not have found a nicer group of people who treated us not as customers but as friends in need. I have to mention Ali who even offered us his home until the 5th wheel was ready. We are now living in our 5th wheel and it is our home at the moment. I am grateful to everyone at Folsom RV that we have something more permanent than a hotel room. We have a place to cook, eat our own food, to sit and watch our shows.... to feel somewhat normal. Thank you.

We just purchased a travel trailer from these guys. We've been shopping around for over two years. There is a reason we went back to FLRV. These guys have customer service down to an art. Not to mention great prices on quality trailers. They helped us find the right trailer for our family size and towing vehicle. Check out this awesome final touch!A mini cooler, 2 oversized mugs, a deck of cards and maintanence guide. Wow!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Big selection. Sales here is just like A car dealership, there's no such thing as just looking. They are very pushy trying to pull credit.

They were very helpful even after we told them we would not be purchasing an RV during our visit. They Andy and Brad still spent the better part of 2 hours answering all of our questions.

Be very careful about doing business with this dealership. They sold us a 2015 cougar RLS that we thought was knew they told us that it only been on the road for a month. Come to find out they had sold in June 2014 the roof was damaged and had to be repaired. We had no idea of the roof was damaged until I got up there to do an inspection and saw a large bubble in the roof. I returned it to the dealership. They assured me that they would fix it correctly and call the factory we fought and fought and fought with them. The RV had been there for a month I returned pick it up the repair Was clearly done well below standards. By the time I return home there was a large bubble in the roof. There were also Staples protruding from the plywood on top of the roof. We contacted the factory and they told us that it was normal that Staples would come through the roof like that. After doing research and asking around we found out that there was a class-action lawsuit against this manufacture of these trailers. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone be very very very careful doing business with them remember all RVs have problems and you need a professional won't quit service department to handle that. Fulsome lake RV service department clearly could not handle a roof repair. We would've gladly paid them to repair the roof correctly. The owner offered to repair the roof and make any repairs necessary obviously it did not happen. We ended up having to take the RV to a professional service department who repaired the roof and several other issues that should a clearly been taken care of by fulsome lake RV. After asking around we found out that there are many people that have the similar experience with fulsome lake RV. Although the newer service manager seem to do all that he could for us we still left without the RV repaired and other issues wrong with it I would not recommend this RV dealership to anybody. Especially seniors are people who don't know the difference.
