My husband and I bought our first and current Montana 5th wheel in 2017 from the #1 sales guy, Brad. Melinda was very patient with all of our questions and thorough while going through finance. Since then we've had nothing but great service for our 5th wheel from their service department. If there was anything wrong they were there to fix it. Carl and his team are AMAZING!! During our first year owning/learning our Montana Carl was there for us. He is very knowledgable and patient with us, of course there were things that we should have done but we chaulked it up as a learning experience. In 2018 we became full time RV'ers. Anytime we had a question Carl was there to help/guide us. Carl and his team take pride on what they do. Cannot express how wonderful the staff at Folsom Lake RV is. Angel keep up the good work, what ever you're doing with your staff. Bottom line our experience here has been nothing but 5 STARS. We will be back next year for our annual maintenance.
