Ive been using Royal Media now for two years and my sales rep Nestor Capulong Jr is always trying his best to help me. He follows up, updates, calls and always keeps me in the loop for orders. We had a problem with one order and he did his best to compensate our office. He gives excellent customer service. Thank you Nestor.

I Had been assisted by Nestor Kapulong Jr. with several of my Assignment to obtain Quotations and Place Orders throughout several Years Now and, he actually, is a very good Sales Representative when it comes to Customer Service.
He is kind, respectful, willing to assist, would ask questions when necessary to ensure he Quotes for exactly what is needed and most especially, is very responsive, Quick, and Accurate with his responses.
It seems to me that he does what he needs to do ensuring Customer Satisfaction and is very Loyal to the company he works for.
He is a Great Guy to work with and, i simply do not have any problem to continue to send him RFQs / Orders for Supplies, etc.
In Fact, he is a very dependable Sales Representative who would enable a timely receipt of your Orders.
Hi ive been with royal media for almost a year now i guess..with my agent Cristine Caren Obiado Sumile..she's so accomodating and responsive to all my emails...i am recommending her if you wanna order toners with them.The toners (TN 350 & TN 750 ) that i am getting from them are all working good and shipping is fast.
Anybody have tips on how to get them to stop calling? it's clear that they do not honor removal requests. Perhaps a helpful Attorney General could get involved.
Customer service at -1 on a scale of 1-10! Product is even worse than customer service! None of the cartridges I purchased (15) work!!! This place is a rip off and its pulling teeth to get my money back!!!!! Sales rep couldn't even ship my out on "rush delivery" like he said and I paid for in advance. What was suppose to be rushed, didn't arrive until 3 weeks later! NEVER AGAIN!!! This company should be shut down!!!!!
They called and I asked them to remove me from their call list as I already have a service. The person proceeded to tell me he dated my daughter last night.

This company has been harassing me for months. They just put a manager on the phone who told me he was helping out his employee who was about to loose her job. Begged me to buy. Seriously? Never heard a guilt sales tactic before and I work in sales. This was a big red flag to me but I kept listening. He gave me their price, which was very good. I told him I would take one package. He then proceeded to try to convince me to purchase a 3 pack to get one free with free shipping. Told him no, I wanted one. He then told me to at least purchase two of them... at which point I hung up. They then called me 3 times in a row (I didn't answer). Number is now blocked! Though I'm sure they will find another way to call me. No desire to do business with them.
I asked to be put on the do not call list and instead received 10 hangups in a row. I will be turning them into BBB!
Buyer beware! This company does not honor simple request. Their products are all 3rd party made in China and can cause clogs in the printers. We have paid lots of money to technician for service.

They call you up and harass you from somewhere in the phillipines. When you tell them to take you off the list they ignore you and keep calling.

These people keep calling my 13 year old daughters cell phone and won't give up. When I get on the phone or call them back they go back into their sales monologue about how much they can save me in office supplies. They obviously are not from the US and don't know common courtesy and the rules around harassing underage children repeatedly. I wouldn't take their products if they were giving them away at this point.

I have been purchasing HP toner cartridges from Royal Media for a couple of years. I'm not sure of the number of cartridges in all but it must be approximately 100. The price is very good and the delivery time is fast. My sales rep is Pia who I have found to be exceptionally friendly.

I usually waste time with any telemarketer. They don't have answers for your questions you ask because no one ever does. I figure me being on the phone with them is wasting their time rather than trying to swindle others who don't know any better. I recently received a phone call in regards to getting our printer toner replaced for $65.00. I will admit, that peaked my interest. So I sat on the phone and listened to the pitch. They then transferred me over to the "manager," of that particular company. I listened as they tried to sell me six toners and receive one free. He told me it was a guaranteed product that the price was locked in and would never change. Even if they were to expire they will replace it for free. So I kindly asked for a sales quote that indicated that the above statement was true. In addition to that I asked that he include on there that there is a lifetime guarantee. He then got pretty flustered by my questions. All while I was trying to run a business, mind you no less. He sent me over the first quote with the $65 toner X6 plus 1 free and it was written in the box of the quote (like it was just stuck in there) that it was "covered and back-up with a warranty." To me that seemed a little fishy considering they claim to work with the FBI and the California School district. Then I asked for them to include that the price will never change. He got impatient with me because I asked him to do it. Then sent me over another quote that was similar that to the other, "same price and same deal every time you order." I told him I would order one and for him to send over another quote. He then got upset that I asked for another quote. I simply wanted to make sure that I was going to be paying the same amount. He sent it over and got really irritated when I asked about their website. He told me the website and I went to it while on the phone and asked him why they don't have an online portal for business' to order supplies. He didn't really know what to say other than, "we work with the FBI we can't have that." I called bull$#!%. Like really. What kind of reputable business, that works with such large companies none the less, don't have an online portal? I then asked him to invoice me and he was very insistent that I pay with the credit card over the phone. I told him I didn't want him to have my credit card information. He got hostile with me. Saying, "I have been on the phone with you for 28 minutes for you to order one toner. Lets make it two." I said, "no thanks we only need one. Most of our stuff is done electronically and one will last us a year." I tend to see the good in everyone so it is no surprise that a person like that would try to swindle you into buying their products. In total I was on the phone about 57 minutes. This is obviously a scam of some sort. I did a little research and this company has a lot of complaints filed against them as well as a couple of bad reviews. BEWARE!!!
If it were possible to give a zero (0) star rating, I would. We've received phone calls from this company on and off for the past year now.
Every time we receive a call they promise me that they will give me the lowest price possible. The first time someone called our office, I told them how much I buy my ink for, and how long the cartridge lasts me. They said that they could match it, but after calculating the shipping costs, they found that they couldn't beat it.
This is when they changed their tactic. They told me that they would send me one ink cartridge for free and if I liked it better than my current cartridges, I could switch to them. I told them I wasn't interested and asked for them to not call again.
The next day, I received another call. I repeated, that we weren't interested. For a month they called every few days to pitch to us. After finally speaking to a "manager" whom I told what had happened the first day, we stopped getting phone calls.
Up until now, we receive phone calls every few months asking us if we're interested in buying ink cartridges from their company.
This company takes time away from my patients and for them to call a clinic that may receive emergency patients is morally wrong and unethical, especially when they disregard you and speak over you when you tell them you can't speak to them because you're helping someone else.
I'm having issues with contacting them. When I install the ink cartridges it says it's damaged. Sometime they work sometimes they don't. They also charged me for toliet paper and never sent it. They told me they would refund me but they never did. I felt the company was kinda shady from the beginning. But I still took a chance. I should have went with my gut. I don't recommend this company at all.
Our company would like to personally recognize associate PIA for her politness and driven abililty to supply us with the products we need. She is always kind and easy to work with and we never feel pressured in a negative way. Your printer toner price of $50.00 was very reasonable. I want you back. Royal Media Network Inc. only tried to help me, and I turned them down. I turned my back on them. I'm ashamed.
I mean, granted I would never buy from this company. Looks more sketchy than a pencil drawing by a three year old, but I'm ashamed of the way I acted. Ashamed of the way I... struck out in my anger. When you said "$50, yes or no??!!" and I said "I guess" and then you hung up, that was my fault. I'm truly sorry.
When you said "Why do you want $53?? We offer you $50??!!" and I said "$53.70 or we walk", I felt no guilt. Now I am consumed by it. I am sorry. I am so, so very sorry.

Apparently I am in the minority but I have had excellent service and the prices are almost half what I was paying for ink at Costco. I have had no issues at all with the quality and have now used about 6 different cartridges from them.
SPAM CALL! Don't waste your time. Hang up and block their call if you can..
I have asked over 60 times to be removed from their calling list, managers have told me they would remove me, now when I ask for a manager they just hang up on me.
I think you should be able to bring harrassment suits against companies like this one.
We are trying Royal Media Inc for the first time and so far they have gone out of there way to make sure that I was happy even calling me to see if I have received my package and then to see if I like there product.
The products are everything they said it would be and I didn't have to pay till I got what I ordered

Worst company ever. We ordered boots in September 2017. We didn't hear anything else from them until I called them in March 2018. Then they told me they don't have most of the sizes/brands that we originally asked for. Finally, one year later we finalized the order, even though we are only getting half of what we asked for. Still waiting for them to ship the boots today. Terrible experience.
I had been contacted by this company for a deal on ink cartridges, I decided to give them a try. Product was shipped but I received notice that there was not enough postage and that I would need to pick the package up at the Post Office. Called Royal Media and reported the incident, they said they would get it sorted out and get the package delivered. About 3 weeks went by and then I get a call that I owe them for the cartridges that I never received. I told them the story again and they said they would get it sorted out. They called me a couple more times again asked when they would get payment. I never received the package I told them, never got it. They plead with me to let them reship, I turned their offer down and said to just cancel the entire order. Their response was this would negatively impact the sales person. Tried to make me feel bad, I still turned them down.
Now three weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for the product I never received and the product I rejected. My recommendation, never do business with this company, their customer service stinks and I can't even imagine what their product would be like. Glad I never got to find that out.
