Do not purchase an RV from here, certainly don't purchase the warranty and don't even try to get your rig repaired here. We bought our trailer with a full warranty in Sept. 2018 - everyone was so nice and we were excited. We had some problems with our RV and took it in June 2019 to be fixed. It sat baking in the sun for more than 2 months, and when we got home some of the things we asked to have fixed were not. We were super disappointed, but after receiving a call from the service department in December from someone new in charge stating they were attempting to correct some of their prior mistakes our hope was renewed. HOWEVER- I just called and asked about bringing our RV in to reinstall a TV antenna that wasn't installed correctly when we bought it (it fell off the 1st time we ever took our trailer out) and to fix the door latches/locks Chris in the service department laughed at me. Literally laughed. I get their busy, there is a much better way of doing business though. I cant stress enough that we are busy people as well, and I've spent a ton of time dealing with this place and feel totally duped. Did I mention we spent thousands of extra dollars on an extended warranty- total suckers. I'm especially mad because this place is so mis-leading.
