Honest, honest, honest! I bought my RV sight unseen, my sales guy (Courtney) sent me videos and the RV was even nicer then I thought it would be. Ashley in the finance department helped us find an awesome loan and Angel the manager, assisted us with questions and small issues. They even arranged for a great transport company to deliver it to San Diego. We love our KZ Durango Gold!
Now the ONLY reason they didn't get 5 stars:
Since we weren't there to do the "walk-thru" we had to depend on the prep staff to do it. There were some minor issues that should have been noticed when they were getting it ready to ship. These items weren't hard to spot, my husband and I found them all in a matter of about 30 min when we did our own walk thru. Most of it we fixed ourselves. KZ had to ship a few parts to us, (small stuff) and sent out a service guy to fix a leak in the gray water line. All in all, I would have NO hesitation buying from FLRV any day!
