By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The salesman Eddy was a pleasure to work with, however that is the only positive feedback I can provide. I purchased my Genesis 34gs fifth wheel from them almost a year ago and FLRV has been in possession of it for approximately 8 out of the 12 months due to self inflicted issues from their service technicians.

I ordered an all seasons underbody wrap with the trailer and the way FLRV installed it completely sealed off the vents which damaged the refrigerator and caused the generator to overheat nearly catching the compartment on fire.

The patio kit was not installed completely and two brackets were left out which posed a HUGE safety issue. We have not been able to enjoy it because of the fear one of the kids may lean against it and it give way causing them to fall off the edge

When they installed the gooseneck hitch in my truck they left out the safety chain hooks, broke my 7 way, and installed the hitch crooked by almost an inch. I spent almost $100 to have a different shop re-install the hitch.

They did not know how to setup the auto leveling system, I had to research and figure out how to calibrate everything myself.

Keep in mind that many issues are still not resolved. I have had problems since day one and communication between Angel, Robin, and anyone else who is in a so called management position at FLRV is few and far between. After my trailer was in service for 4 months having the refrigerator repaired, I picked it up only to find that the refrigerator STILL does not work. There are screws missing and panels hanging off on the fridge as well and I STILL do not have the patio kit fixed.

Their service is terrible and their technicians seem to have no care or concern, let alone common sense. I would highly recommend buying a trailer elsewhere, even if it means driving a little further. I live about 45 minutes away and strongly believe in spending money locally, however I will not be returning to FLRV once the outstanding issues I have are resolved nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Thank you for your concern, although I find it unbelievably ridiculous that it takes a public and broad internet review on FLRV to receive service that I feel was deserved from day one, I do look forward to hearing what your new service manager has to say. Especially about the recent four months my trailer was in service without any thing fixed. As I stated in my previous comments this has been an ongoing issue for about a year now and please believe when I say the last thing I wanted to do was degrade a local business on the internet. Again thank you for your prompt response, as this has been the quickest communication I have received from your company during the entire relationship that has been building over the last 12 months.
