Perfect to spend a Sunday morning, enjoying the streets crowded with people, all kinds of non-perishable products, you can find from a frying pan to some earrings, furniture, shoes, and so on. The nice thing is to go after tapas and canes in the area, trying places you can not imagine.

Huge flea market. It is enormous and diminutive. There is everything and more especially original Levis jeans at just over 10 euros. You absolutely must go for a walk along the street and look at all the stalls.

Nice flea market on Sunday. There are many antique shops around the flea market that you must try if interested. We purchased a lot of souvenirs from here. It was an eventful morning. Some of the stuff there is very unique but you will have to put effort finding them. A must visit if In Madrid on a Sunday.

It is wonderful for any Sunday, without a doubt something not to be missed if you come to Madrid and you are here, especially the streets that rise from Toledo's door to Latin, which is all the chicha .... Very cool ...

Lots of bit and pieces of old times which brings you recollections if you are over 40
If you have children with you , you can explain how the old phone looked or the old iron worked etc.
don t expect to buy anything unless you are into antiques or 2nd hand items.

It is very picturesque and of an incredibly varied offer in new and used goods. Its side streets with many old objects are a real delight. In Uruguay there is the Sunday Fair of Tristan Narvaja with similar characteristics

Fantastic, like a town-sized jumble sale, with plenty to look and and bargains to find, but get there early. From 9am till about 10 was ok, but it rapidly became unbearably busy after that!

What a great market, (I found an old photo of the market and a recent one just to show you how many years the market has been going and also to show that it's still as popular today) we started at the top of the street and slowly walked down, that's because it is so busy that a slow walk is all you can do. Hundreds of stalls selling everything from dream catchers through to fur coats. So many bargains to be had. If you are in Madrid on a Sunday and you have the morning free then make sure you visit here. The atmosphere is fantastic, traders touting for business and live music being played everywhere.

A must for tourists and non-tourists, trotting posts and unique stands. Ideal stop buy antiques or take whatever it is in the typical bars with the would share location. Beware of pickpockets and swindlers.

A very large open air market with lots of vendors and things to see. Prices are very good, if you're in the market. The place is packed with hundreds of people. Beware of pickpockets while you're there.

The market is very busy throughout the day, the Latina station is full all Sunday, what is mostly sold is clothing for the whole occasion from relatively low to high prices, you can also find pet products and tools for the Home, there are good stalls where they sell second-hand books advertisement excellent price, you can find best seller, history, novels, for students, etc. If you are a foreigner and you want to go looking for bargains, I am sorry but you will not find them, there is a very good atmosphere and in some bars around the market, it has special promotions for Sundays, you can also listen to excellent live music and some snacks. Excellent option if you have too much time to be in Madrid, if you are passing by for my opinion it is not recommended and if you are from Mexico or Latin America, I think you can find better street markets in each country of origin.

Bigger than most flea markets of Europe. But the content is repeating itself inside. Lots of vendors with the same stuff. But you can find some cool stuff if you really look deep enough. Nice bars, shops around the place. Only open on Sundays. Can get REALLY crowded. To the point where you cant walk. Go there early if you want to avoid it.

Cheaply priced and cheaply made goods. The 'antique' booths often had the same things if you walked down a ways to another booth, so obviously not originals. It was crowded and a bit overwhelming for me and my husband. We love a good bargain but this was not for us. If you're only in Madrid a few days, I'd skip this and get your souvenirs from little shops which sell the same things.

Do not just go through the main road, Ribera de Curtidores, the transversal and parallel save many surprises.
Good gastronomic offer in the bars of the area.
Very busy in the central hours

I truly feel like I care here on an off day (morning mid week)... but this was full of strange every day items that were not oddities nor interesting. It was full of terribly cheap clothing and used old shoes (outside of one random rack of old furs). I d just check recent reviews and times before going. Hoping my experience was a fluke.

You can not go to Madrid and not go through the trail, located in the Latin neighborhood is a very peculiar place full of antique stalls, objects of yesteryear that will transfer you to your forgotten childhood, to the house of your grandparents or great grandparents. ..
On the other hand several stalls of second-hand and vintage clothes, if you like collectibles here you can find everything, it is also an area where you find many coffee shops and very traditional bars where you can take refuge and take strength to continue enjoying, since the 3 hours no one takes them from you, yes .. Be very careful and take your wallet, backpack etc in good order, there are many people taken advantage of

The market is held every Sunday. You can look, there is almost everything, mainly clothes. Rather, there is nothing to buy. It is worth going to the antique part. El Rastro is located in a beautiful district of Madrid, full of charming pubs, but the market itself is nothing special

This market is enormous - it seems to occupy most of the old town. There is a huge variety of things for sale; tools, jewelry, clothes, fixtures, books. I bought a pair of artisan earrings, tools for my studio and vintage drawer pulls. Be certain to explore.
