If six stars were possible, Terrell Wade and the team at FNAC would deserve that high of a rating. Terrell worked with me on purchasing a deed of trust that was part of my parent's estate. The transaction was tricky because of paperwork complications, that the house was now a rental, and that the owners spoke no English. Terrell patiently guided the owners through the process, had to reassure them at several times, and successfully closed the deal even though it took nearly 6 months. The price we received was fair and I cannot speak highly enough of the work and end result that was accomplished by FNAC.

I received an email from Jason Hilts of FNAC asking if I was interested in an offer on a mortgage note I held. I responded mainly out of curiosity, not expecting a reasonable offer. I was pleasantly surprised at the offer made to me, and agreed to take them up on it. Jason was very efficient as he guided me through the process. Everything went faster than expected. The work on my part was very minimal, and there were no surprises. The final closing at the local title office was also fast and efficient.

Genia Barclay was wonderful! She kept me posted every step of the way. She explained everything fully. There were no surprises and everything went forward as expected. I was particularly pleased that there were no closing costs. They were all covered by First National. The amount offered was fair and I was completely satisfied.

I had 3 different offers for 2 of my notes. I met with my accountant and determined which was the best note to sell. I did a partial sale for the next 43 payments. FNAC made the best offer. They stuck to their final offer and we closed within the dates I needed before I left the Country. We used a local title company who was already collecting for me. So it was smooth and easy. I would definitely use them again. Totally professional. And Beth got it done. Thank you

I received a letter from First National, along with many other letters trying to get me to sell my mortgage. I responded to First National's letter and receive a prompt phone call and letter from Genia Barclay explaining what they had to offer. I delayed responding, but finally called back to clarify a few things. Your staff was great to deal with. Genia made the process very easy and with a few faxes things started rolling very rapidly. I never thought that it would be that simple and that your company would be that easy to deal with, I only wish I had found you earlier. The closing office also told me that she was very impressed with your staff. Thank you for making a stressful experience very pleasant. Sincerely, Stewart Morris, St Petersburg, FL

I purchased a property from a County Tax foreclosu...

I purchased a property from a County Tax foreclosure sale. About year after the sale, they started harassing my Realtor demanding to take my sign down. Apparently they believe they still owned the property. However, the very definition of a tax foreclosure sale means they either didn't pay the taxes, or they didn't supervise their properties correctly. They continue to harass my realtor despite us having a clear deed filed, lien free with title insurance. Moreover, the property is posted publicly with the correct ownership and address, however, they won't stop calling the realtor. They continue to harass and when you call they hang up like children when you ask them to provide paperwork or any evidence. This is clearly illegal and unethical behavior and I want to make sure that anyone who deals with them understands.

Living in New York City where scams are commonplace, I was suspicious when I received a letter from FNAC offering to purchase a mortgage note from me. When I responded to the letter, Juan was assigned to work with me. He was professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. He made the process much easier than I expected. And we even closed before the projected date. I recommend FNAC without hesitation.

Great Job John Cooper!
I recommend that you do your research, talk with your accountant and if it s the right process for you this is a great company to work with. You will help each other in the process to make it happen. When all the work is finished the funds are immediate! John Cooper was the Loan Acquisition Officer I worked with and I certainly would again. Perfect!

Selling my Security Deed was a very difficult decision for me. It was not what my Father would have wanted, but because of family disputes, selling the deed was the only way for me to find peace. Mallory was kind attentive and caring through what was a very hard time for me. I had spoken to other acquisition companies who came up with one price and then would systematically lower the price in 10% increments. FNAC kept their promises and made the process very simple. I want to thank everyone who helped.

Thanks to Kelly Murphy I had the best service I ever had with a bank. FNAC purchased an owner financed note that I had, she offered what I thought was a fair price then later raised the amount about $3000.00, how many banks do that??? She was very proffesional and knowlegable about what she was doing and always kept me informed with the progress. Thanks FNAC and Kelly, I really appreciate what you did for me.

It was a pleasure working with Andrea Allen. I had been getting notices from First National and decided to fill out the online questionnaire. I got a prompt call back and clear instructions on how to start the process. I was given an offer which I accepted, and thought it would take a lot more time than it did. I was impressed with the ease and timeliness of the transaction. Thank you Andrea, Jan and FNAC.

John Bjorlie gave me a proposal for my mother's land contract. He was quite prompt, which I appreciated because time was of the essence. His offer was the highest of the five bids that I collected, and he was still willing to up his bid a couple of thousand dollars when I asked him to. I must say that things ran very smoothly and happened quicker than I imagined. I would certainly recommend John and First National Acceptance Company to anyone needing to sell a note.

Thank you for the opportunity to work with First National Acceptance Company. My experience with Genia Barclay and FNAC was very positive. Genia guided me through the process step by step and enabled me to divest of the private mortgage with relative ease. Her communications skills were evident on a regular basis as she kept in touch throughout the process. I would do business with FNAC again if I were to sell a mortgage. Thank you for the help!

I recently concluded a deal working with April Jenks.
To say the least, she worked a complicated deal that took almost a year to complete; in a fashion that was very professional.
Her communication in every step of the process made me feel as though by business mattered and I was not just a number.
I would recommend her and First National Acceptance to anyone needed this type of service.

I held a note on a house in Atlanta. It would take me 15 years to acquire the money from the note. I sold the note to First National for a fair sum. With the help from Terrell Wade, a loan acquisition officer at First National, the process went very smoothly. Once I signed the papers the money was wired to me the same day First National received my response. A Very professional operation at First National Acceptance Company I must say.

This outfit is crooked and lies. Gave me a firm offer in writing. 3 days later tell my lawyer ( NOT ME) the amount they will pay is substantially less and that new offer will be sent to me right away 3 more days later after i hear NOTHING i ask them whats going on, then another 3 days later get an email saying they don't want to buy the loan. Guess they didn't like the fact I had my own lawyer to do the closing and they would not be able to screw me over !

I received an offer through Jason Daniels in October, the agreed upon purchase price remained the same throughout the process, and the sale was able to be closed before the new year. The only problem encountered was the slow response from the title company who did not give correct information on several different steps in the process, slowing things down. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to sell an owner-financed mortgage.

Out of the blue one day I received and email from First National Acceptance Company asking if I owned a land contract would I be interested in selling it. I was suspicious at first, but contacted First National anyway. I then met Genia Barclay and because of her, I had a most pleasant experience. She was very professional and I felt comfortable working with her. She made my experience very positive, and I would never hesitate working with her again. And yes, I did sell my land contract and had one more financial worry lifted. Thank you Genia and First National Acceptance. By the way Genia if my name shows as Panayiotis Kominos it's my Greek name. It's me! Father Peter. Have a blessed Christmas.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Grace Chang regarding the partial purchase of a note that I brokered to FNAC in 2015. Grace informed me, out of the blue, that FNAC would purchase an additional partial, or the full remaining balance, if my client was interested. I contacted my client and she was very pleased with the offers from FNAC. My client happily opted to sell an additional partial, and, thanks to Grace's knowledge and professionalism, the transaction was completed quickly. Grace Chang is a pleasure to work with!

This was the first time I've every sold a mortgage. Terrell Wade took me through the process step by step, explaining everything. His professionalism was outstanding. I cannot say the same for the attorney who handled the paperwork. He was very arrogant and condescending. In spite of the attorney, I would highly recommend First National Acceptance. Mr. Wade more that made up for the shortcomings of the attorney.

They are rude & sarcastic, have pestered me for years with low offers ( which I didn't request ), and recently gave me an incorrect figure on what was owed me by the buyer. They can't even do math! The following is from the Better Business Bureau about them..."According to information in the BBB files, it appears that the company is no longer in business. The phone numbers the BBB had for this company are disconnected, and directory assistance does not have a listing for this company. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable. If you have an unresolved dispute with this company you may wish to seek legal advice".

After 10 years in the rental business industry, my husband and I opted to sell off our properties. We sold two through land contracts and another through a traditional mortgage sale. Though the steady monthly income was reliable, we opted to sell our larger note to pay down debt and free up our monthly budget. After testing the waters with 5 different firms across the nation, we selected to use First National Acceptance Company. Our agent was Richard Nzokou. Richard provided the best information with the most clarity on the process of selling our note. The offer and closing value were very fair. Richard kept a close eye on our sale through the approval process and kept me informed every day. I highly recommend this company and encourage you to work with Richard.

I worked with Grace Chang in liquidating a mortgage I held on property my late husband and I had owned. It was probably the easiest land related business deal I have ever been involved with. Grace was knowledgeable, informed and available. She was in contact with me and I never had a question she was unable to answer. I was amazed at how quickly the transaction happened; which was far quicker than estimated at the onset.
It is refreshing to do business with an organization that has such wonderful customer service and professional business associates. I would highly recommend First National and specifically Grace to everyone.

At first we were sceptical for about a year, and thought we'd do a leap of faith trusting what First National Acceptance was telling and offerings for our property we had on a Land contract. We closed on the deal on March 13,2020 yes Friday the 13th, and as promised we received our check from them in our account that afternoon.

By selling your note to FNACNA, you transfer these risks onto the buyer who assumes responsibility for collecting payments from the borrower. This provides peace-of-mind knowing that you no longer have any financial obligations related to the property.
