I received a letter from First National, along with many other letters trying to get me to sell my mortgage. I responded to First National's letter and receive a prompt phone call and letter from Genia Barclay explaining what they had to offer. I delayed responding, but finally called back to clarify a few things. Your staff was great to deal with. Genia made the process very easy and with a few faxes things started rolling very rapidly. I never thought that it would be that simple and that your company would be that easy to deal with, I only wish I had found you earlier.
