Out of the blue one day I received and email from First National Acceptance Company asking if I owned a land contract would I be interested in selling it. I was suspicious at first, but contacted First National anyway. I then met Genia Barclay and because of her, I had a most pleasant experience. She was very professional and I felt comfortable working with her. She made my experience very positive, and I would never hesitate working with her again. And yes, I did sell my land contract and had one more financial worry lifted. Thank you Genia and First National Acceptance.
