This outfit is crooked and lies. Gave me a firm offer in writing. 3 days later tell my lawyer ( NOT ME) the amount they will pay is substantially less and that new offer will be sent to me right away 3 more days later after i hear NOTHING i ask them whats going on, then another 3 days later get an email saying they don't want to buy the loan. Guess they didn't like the fact I had my own lawyer to do the closing and they would not be able to screw me over !
