We received 2 letters from FNAC offering to buy a mortgage we held on a house we sold. We usually throw solicitation mail away, but this was different, so we decided to call. We spoke with DeeAnn Wisely who was very helpful. We also confirmed her legitimacy through another source. There were a many hoops to go through, but after 3 months the transaction took place and all has really turned out for the best. Dana Cook was spectacular in the process!
