This was the first time I've every sold a mortgage. Terrell Wade took me through the process step by step, explaining everything. His professionalism was outstanding. I cannot say the same for the attorney who handled the paperwork. He was very arrogant and condescending. In spite of the attorney, I would highly recommend First National Acceptance. Mr. Wade more that made up for the shortcomings of the attorney.
