I have used P&G products since the early 70's charmin had the best scent ever. Then that slowly disappeared. The Febreze air effects isn't strong. I find that I am buying another air freshner to go along with a lot of the different scents. cranberry cheer and others need a extra shot so I don't feel I am wasting my money. Thank you

Can you post zero stars? That's about what they deserve! For over 30 yrs we've bought their products faithfully. Now in the stage of our lives when we 'need' to use coupons they no longer place their coupons in the 2 Sunday papers we subscribed to...in order to obtain their coupons!! I contacted them about this a few months back and was told they were doing these things to see what type of things would be beneficial to us consumers? (HELLO, this does NOT benefit US) Nice little upbeat message saying absolutely NADA...other than they were looking for opportunities to better serve us?(RIGHT) When I get my paper and get the coupons out it's nice of them to waste ink and paper to show me pictures of coupons I can't cut out. So, I go to the web page they refer me to "print" the coupons, only all 3 of the stores I shop in does not connect with their loyalty programs! I am sick and I am tired...seriously. Some items I can make, heck that will help with recycling anyway and as one former patron wrote...ALL pacs are awesome. I don't know what P&G goal is; probably to be such a task we will just go in and pay the high prices for the products. The thing is for many of us that's not an option. Very disappointed with P&G.

Very disappointed, not only does Las Vegas/Henderson no longer get the $2 off tide in their P&G s, it was brought to my attention that only certain areas are receiving those coupons! (And sorry for some of us printing a coupon online is not available!) So apparently you have to live in a high class area to receive those coupons??? Wow. How is that right in any way?? So because I don t live in a fancy expensive house that disqualifies me from getting the tide coupons???? That s pretty messed up if you ask me! I understand that people in the past have been shady with those coupons but not everyone is like that. There are people who actually use the coupons the correct way and need the savings... so on that note since you want to pick and choose who you give those coupons to.. I choose to no longer buy any of your products... there are different brands who are just as good or better, and they give you their coupons! One more thing... why don t I ever get the P&G s in my mail box? Is it because I live in an apartment????

Print your tide coupon in the Sunday news paper or allowed me to print it on your website. Let me make my own choice as to where to purchase my tide.

I've had plenty of problems with Tide staining, rather than cleaning my clothes. I contacted P&G and they just gave me a run-around.

After 22 minutes on hold was told I needed a verification code to print tide coupons when asked why they only changed coupons for certain states Pam was dumb founded said as of March 9 it was suppose to be like that for everyone. When asked why said just something they wanted to try so that consumers could use the website to print one coupon. I stated isn't tide loosing money that way because most couponers buy multiple papers so they can have more than one coupon in which I still have not been able to print claimed she would pass my concerns on to the website and other team members I'm not going to hold my breath on that one its not fair I love tide I use it faithfully and now I have to jump through hoops to get a coupon about to take my money and my business elsewhere. This whole process is a hot mess just my two cents..

dawn dish soap is horrible!!!! I got so tired of washing dishes twice I don't even bother anymore because even after washing twice they are still not clean!!!!!! I also tried to get someone on their web site a chat thing but nope nothing like that!! I went to the dollar store for stocking stuffers and bought dish soap there and believe it or not it actually worked better!!!!!!!! Oh and did I mention that I even changed to a brand new sponge thinking that would help???? HORRIBLE

I have just learned from my specialist that I should not take my pills until at least 3 hrs after I use my Metamucil which I take every day. Why is there not a warning about this on the label? No way could I contact anyone online about this problem and I am not about to sit on the phone for who knows how long. Since the company probably does not read any of this they will not realize this but it makes me feel better to post it. JMc

The website is a mess. All I want to do---in compliance with a box printed in the normal coupons that I just cut out---was print a coupon for TIDE and Downy. Went to website, signed up, and found a printable couple (which won't print) for Bounce. Wanted me to name the grocery store I shop in. I shop in SEVERAL grocery stores so I don't know which to name. I also shop in the military commissary service stores which aren't even offered. When I complained, I was told to go to a different website, and it still won't print. I don't know who is running this mess, but they need to be fired, and either (1) go back to printing coupons in the paper, or (2) SIMPLIFY THIS! KISS-Keep It Simple Stupid!

I purchased a Box of tide laundry Powder detergent detergent. I normally purchase liquid. Marketing coupon on the Box claimed 8 dollar coupon when you purchase this product. I assumed the coupon was in the Box. But no coupon and no explanation of where to print out your my coupon. How do I redeem the coupon I purchased the product I would like the coupons?

I just saw a P&G commercial . I simply do not understand WHY any corporation would assert themselves into politics and social controversy like P&G has done by PANDERING to one minority group ! Misleading popular advertisements about racism accomplish more of an increase in racism rather than helping ! First of all every subset of people experience racism and unpleasant behaviors from others. I happen to be white and I have received plenty of racial overtones and problems from others in the past . Racism is present in all races and using fear based counseling as a solution is a bad idea ! This commercial was wrong on so many levels. I happen to be white and I have received plenty of racial overtones and problems from other races . Taking a measure of truth and exaggerating it will not help even if your intentions are good. If I get called a honky, gringo , cracker , etc... I am not going to form a persecution complex. Most racism is not even verbal or overtly obvious. I do not think after the pandering is over it helps and more likely just increases the racial division even though I am sure some people suffer bad experiences sometimes ! After all , I have received my share of unpleasant experiences. P&G , this racial pandering will not help you increase your profits but liberal progressives will love it !

The 3D white strips don't work so don't buy them.
They want you to go through loops sending back to get replacement.

I spent over an hour trying to download coupons. The website is set up so that you have to select a store and there is no help assist for you. Trying to get the printer to print the coupons was very difficult. The program showed it to coupons have been printed when in reality they were not. All I was trying to accomplish was to save a couple dollars on tide detergent. What a frustrating experience.

Has anyone noticed the reduction in the size of the 'select a size' Bounty towels lately? they are no longer large enough to dry your hands!!!! They are still touting the same or larger number of pieces, but totally inadequate!!! I tried to call and talk to someone in their Customer Satisfaction department, however, to no avail... I was offered a 'reference number' incase I wanted to call back, however, that would have been NO guarantee that my call would have been answered without a wait, after having wasted 10 min.s on hold already....
Proctor & Gamble is forgetting the fact that, competition is tough, and there are other choices on the market!!!!
My next step is to write to Consumer Reports, possibly the ONLY honest and truthful organization left to protect the customer....

I searched their website for "TIDE Coupons" and over 400 answers! Most of which had nothing to do with Tide. But after searching for pages and pages finally found what looking for. Then when go to print said I needed to complete another questionnaire - but often when I put in my answers
the screen would go blank and then I had the "opportunity" to start over! Finally after multiple attempts I decided to darn much work for so little reward. Their website was a disaster. Difficult to work with and so darn slow to respond - amazed a big company like this would have such an awful website.

A few years ago I purchased an Oral B rechargeable toothbrush that could be and was wall mounted. I've been very happy with it. About two years ago I purchased an Oral B rechargeable toothbrush for my wife. It has to sit on the counter because it is not wall mountable. It gets in her way because of the small space it sits on. I tried to buy her a wall mountable Oral B toothbrush for Christmas 2016. The online Factory Outlet Store sales person sold me an Oral B for about $180 after assuring me it was wall mountable. It arrived. It is not wall mountable so I had to go to the effort to return it and wait (hopefully) for my refund. I'm very unhappy!!!!!!!!!!! I've invested quite a lot of time with online and telephone research only to find that no manufacturer makes a wall mountable rechargeable toothbrush. I'm very unhappy with Proctor & Gamble, Braun Oral B and others because there is no longer a wall mountable rechargeable tooth brush available for purchase. When my wife of 65 years is unhappy, I'm very unhappy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone else care?

Horrible set up not user friendly 3days trying to print coupons and no real help available even emailed several times! Guess they really don't care. I left 2 items to be sewn and cleaned - and before cleaning, they were supposed to call me back with a quote for the sewing,

Instead, they went ahead and did the sewing and cleaning.

I did not get the quote and the sewing was VERY EXPENSIVE (i.e., $27 to sew a 7 inch rip in a bed sheet).

I tried to get the store manager to call me - nothing.

Then, I emailed the TIDE CLEANERS Customer Service - nothing also, as they told me to contact the local store (in other words, Customer Service is a referral system).

Wonderful company - Thanks for expressing exactly how black people feel without fear. There has been a lot of push back because you have essentially spoke truth to power. You have admitted a reality which many people just want hidden. They would rather black and other people of colour simply dealt with the racism they experiences quietly or simply not mention it at all. It is quite bizarre that pointing out racism becomes racism for many people. It's a form of cognitive dissonance really. Are people saying that when we have the 'talk' with our loved ones, we are supposed to keep it quiet for fear of offending certain people? Or are we supposed to pretend that the 'talk' never happens at all? At the end of the day whether people want to accept this or not - in EVERY single country where black people and other people of colour are minorities they are attacked and killed disproportionately by the police and in every single White majority country where this happens (and it is not just the USA - it is happening in the UK, in Europe, in Australia and New Zealand), black people and other POC are always told that we have done something wrong; that we were to blame; that we are at fault and we are always told that the white officer has done nothing wrong. So this amounts to 100% worldwide innocence for all white police officers. Black people do not need an ad to reveal this to us. The statistics demonstrate that not a single white police officer in any majority white country has EVER been convicted of killing a black person - EVER. This is why we give the talk to our loved ones as statistics demonstrate that even with a video, even with witnesses there is never justice. If white people do not like the ad maybe they need to work towards changing this reality - and since that will never happen, then people will continue to expose the truth.
I will buy more P & G products now. There are over 7 billion people in the world and over 1.4 billion are white people - the rest are not. I am certain you will survive P & G and I wish you well!

I live on Old Springfield down from P & G nightmare....they took an great neighborhood and turned it into a mess with this place lost my mailbox 6 times now since this junk was built .... out here our rd is not wide enough to have these trucks coming down it and truck traffic stinks and Dart trucks running the stop signs all through the night!!!!!!!!!!!

14 of my white shirts are now ruined because of the blue streak that is permanent following the use of the tide pods. I had no idea this was a known issue by P&G. How can you continue to sell a faulty product? I used a washing machine cleaner thinking the random stains were coming from that, then, we considered purchasing a new washing machine. It was such a random occurrence I didn't even consider that it was the tide pods. I tried everything to get it out of the shirts. Nothing works. I want my money for the shirts back. I am FURIOUS! We own an apartment complex and this is one of the products that is currently in the laundry rooms that is immediately being removed. if it isn't good for whites, then, don't market it for WHITES!!!!

In brief, I had a problem with Tide Pods, which P & G had a protocol to easily solve which they did within two weeks! This is the best experience I've had when there is trouble with a product unlike Kellogg who took months and had me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I did (!) lied to me, etc., all of which seemed completely unnecessary to me!

She was professional,, truthful, and responded directly and in brief to my questions actually understanding immediately what I was talking about, which most act like they don't although I'm very articulate and a native English Language speaker. I'll continue to use Tide Liquid Laundry Detergent going forward with which I've had good results for decades! Good people come out of Ohio! 1 Very poor web site. It seems your only want comments if the customer joins your praise line. 2 I am tired of the poor quality control of your Febreze line. It seems a normal thing for the cans to stop spraying with plenty of product still in the can. I am switching to Glade which does just as good a job and gives full measure of usage. 3 I also think your political position is going to cost you a customer for other products as well. There is some great competition to choose from.

I called Procter & Gamble concerning a problem that my husband and I are having with Gillette Clear Gel Deodorant. Since we are in our 70's and have arthritis in our hands and fingers, the disc to advance the gel is very difficult to turn. After more than 1 hour on the phone, being transferred from 1 department to another, I still received no help for our problem. In fact, I was given a telephone number to call (told it was Gillette) which was a waste of time since it was an inaccurate telephone number. It appears to me that Procter & Gamble couldn't care less about their consumers. If I could give a rating of less than 1 star, I would. I am wondering how many other consumers have experienced this type of customer service ? Perhaps it is time to use a different product from a different company. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PROCTER & GAMBLE AND GILLETTE ! ! !
