I purchased a property from a County Tax foreclosure sale. About year after the sale, they started harassing my Realtor demanding to take my sign down. Apparently they believe they still owned the property. However, the very definition of a tax foreclosure sale means they either didn't pay the taxes, or they didn't supervise their properties correctly. They continue to harass my realtor despite us having a clear deed filed, lien free with title insurance. Moreover, the property is posted publicly with the correct ownership and address, however, they won't stop calling the realtor. They continue to harass and when you call they hang up like children when you ask them to provide paperwork or any evidence. This is clearly illegal and unethical behavior and I want to make sure that anyone who deals with them understands.
