I was very pleased with my experience. It was quick and easy, and consistent. All of the estimates and dates were met and everything turned out just as they stated. Selling my note allowed me to pay off higher interest loans, saving me more than I would have ever earned by holding the note for years. In addition, it should bolster the credit rating of the family paying the mortgage, no guilt. I would sell a mortgage note to FNAC again without hesitation.

I would like to thank April Jenks for helping me with my Mother's home in Texas.
I live in Vermont & haven't been back to the home since 2010.
She made it real smooth going through the process of selling the home to First National.
I had talked with several other companies but April came through the best!!
I would recommend her to anyone that asks.

Joe Barnes is AWESOME! This transaction was done with an Arizona property after I had already moved to Washington state because another local Az. company dropped the ball. From the first call to the final paperwork, he was professional, courteous, very thorough in explaining every step which really put my mind and heart at ease. I was contacted by FNAC not long after I refinance...

I was contacted by FNAC not long after I refinanced my brother's home with an offer to buy the note. Curious to see what kind of profit they'd offer me on my investment, I went to their website and filled out the forms. I was shocked and a bit insulted when their offer was not only not for a profit, it was for less than half of the original loan amount.

When I expressed my dismay (and of course refused the offer) they acted surprised and explained that was how their industry worked - buying notes at a huge discount. But who would be crazy enough to accept such a huge loss? All I can imagine is that they prey on the truly desperate, someone whose need for immediate cash is so great they have to raise the money any way they can.

And now, months after I rejected their insulting offer in no uncertain terms, they continue to contact me with the same incredibly bad terms, prompting me to write this review. I don't know where they got any positive reviews from. I really can't see someone forced by misfortune to sell on such bad terms turning around and thanking them for it. And one reviewer even said he had done business with them twice - unbelievable..

Recommended. I sold a note to them. Process was very easy and they offered the best price vs. the 4 other places I received a quote from. They were flexible; other companies insist on speaking on the phone; First National allowed me to do most of our communication via email which is vastly more efficient for me given my demanding schedule.

I would recommend First National Acceptance Company to anyone that holds a note . Thanks to Mr Joe Barnes it was probably the easiest transaction I have ever had. All that was actually was required of me was to show up at closing. Sign the sell papers and walk away with my check. Thank You Mr. Barnes, it is nice to do business with people that are Professionals.

I have sold deeds of trusts before and found it to be stressful. But when I sold this one to First National Acceptance, it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. The person I worked with was Richard Nzokou, he was extremely professional and kind, and knew exactly how to get the job done. He walked me through the transaction very quickly and it was stress free.

The deal they gave me was very fair and reasonable, I will work with them again and would recommend them above any other companies that I have worked with.
