I called about an Audi Q7 on Tuesday twice with no one available who could answer my questions. I was told that someone would be calling me back in a few minutes which never happened. Jake returned my call Wednesday and left me a message. I was unable to answer but almost immediately called him back and left him a message to please return my call. I have not heard back from anyone at Finishline until today, Friday when Samantha called. Due to the lack of punctuality and in my mind bad service received from Jake I decided to buy my wife a hard to find red Q7 elsewhere. I would like a general manager to explore where the disconnect in customer service is.
