Charged credit card. Didn't ship. When I pursued...

Charged credit card. Didn't ship. When I pursued the non shipment, they emailed me and said they shipped when they only printed a UPS ship ticket. Customer service keeps promising shipment, but no results. Customer service manager seems unable/unwilling to call me back. CEO does not take messages. I don't know how they stay in business. Really frustrating.
