Filters Fast is just that - fast. I've been ordering A/C filters and refrigerator water filters for a while and am very satisfied with their service.

Fits in my refrigerator perfectly, for less than half the cost. Thank you so much Filters Fast! I will be buying my refrigerator water filters from you now on every year. :-)

Order came quickly was exactly the filter that was needed.

My HVAC system requires an unusual size filter,so rare only one store in my area keeps them in stock,so until I discovered Filters Fast I had no choice but to purchase my filters from them and pay whatever price they charged .When I found Filters Fast,I decided to try them and I'm glad I did! Order arrived on time and price was much lower than the store! I will certainly use Filters Fast when I need to order filters and will recommend them to anyone needing new filters!

I have purchased filters for April Aire air cleaner for several years. This website is very easy to use and filters ship quickly. Cost is more reasonable than HVAC company, however, the price has increased dramatically over last couple of years.

I've tried ordering generic filters from other sites and had to send them back. These fit perfectly. My only issue is the length of time to get them

The payment has repeatedly been withdrawn and refunded to my account over the last month. I asked customer service why...what s the problem and got no response. I still have not received the items I had on recurring order.

We purchased our pre-filters from Filter Fast.com for our HVAC unit and received them quickly and in perfect condition. They are easy to clean in the deep sink and then the dishwasher. Great product.

I have ordered from filtersfast.com multiple times for pool filters of cartridge and D.E. variety, and the products have always been quality, in great condition, and delivered fast. The prices are fantastic!

Great prices on pool filters and shipping terms. First time I have used Filters Fast -- will use them again.

I would give them zero stars if I could. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. I ordered three filters over a month ago and have yet to receive any kind of email confirmation. I received one filter, when I called asking where the other two were, they told me they were back ordered and would be shipped out within the next 2 business days. Customers should not have to call the company and sit on hold for 30 minutes to find out where their order is and they should not be lied to about when they can expect something that they paid for. I will never give them my business again. Terrible business practice, terrible communication, terrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed an order for a fridge filter. Tracking showed that it was never sent. I had to contact them a bunch of times but they finally claimed to have resent it. I was never provided new tracking. I waited and it never came. Contacted them again and was told the tracking showed it was delivered but they would not provide me with the tracking so I could see it myself. Then they stopped responding to me. I had to file a claim with PayPal and they didn't even bother responding to the claim. Thankfully PayPal saved the day and got me my money back, but it was a big waste of time and I still don't have a filter. They have spammed me with emails though daily since the order so they are on top of that at least. Thankfully they sent this request for a review.

They are selling me an electronic filter at a 50% discount so I do not have to buy any more paper filers. What is not to like.

Easy to navigate website with fast service. You know you are getting the exact product required when you use Filterfast.

These people are TERRIBLE to work with. I had bought filters that had said I was getting 12 and only 2 showed up. I tried contacting them and they didnt give me any response and then they changed the pricing on their website to reflect "their pricing." Thank goodness for paypal and their willingness to help me get my money back. Don't ever purchase through these guys.

Had and issue with an order taking too long to ship and not only did they give me free expedited shipping, but also credited me an extra $5 off my order. Totally unexpected but appreciated.

Filters arrived in good time. Where an exact fit and very happy with the taste and odor.

I used to be terrible about getting filters, with FilterFast I've set a six month subscription to get six filters, I set a monthly reminder, and I change them out without have to worry about running over to big box store or anything. No excuses not to have clean air. Same deal with fridge filter except I just get one every six months. Wasn't sure I'd find the service that useful but I am!

I have ordered from this company for several years with no problems. During this year they have sent the wrong filters three times for on one order and twice on the prior order. They could not get the correct addresses for two different water filters ordered for two different locations. The CS rep could not understand/figure out what my issues were and the last one refused to t/r me to a supervisor. When I did get ahold of a superv. he was no better than the Cs rep and confused. Told him to cancel whatever orders he had and I was thru with them. I then blocked them from sending me their multiple daily ads to my email. I found another company on line that actually has lower prices.

FASTFILTER WAS NOT SO FAST; IT TOOK THREE WEEKS TO RECEIVE; AND THEN, PLACED IN WRONG MAILBOX.

Good product, delivery was a bit slow but arrived in good condition. The filters work well.

Prices were fair, compared to others but not by much. I find the pricing in general, more than it should be.

Awful.....first I got charged for 2 orders and then got that 2nd one removed, then when my order came, half of it was missing. It has now been a month and I keep getting notices that it will be coming in 2 MORE WEEKS. The website is a disaster and unusable.

Great customer service - When I received my order of 3 filters one of the filters arrived with the seal broken. For safety reasons we would not use this unsealed filter so called customer support and they promptly sent out a replacement filter.

Good filters!! If you order in bulk they have great prices. Shipping is a bit slow but i order when im down to one filter so its never a issue for me personally. They offer free shipping which is great as well. My experiences have all been good.

Filters "fast" should be called Filters "slow"! Price was great. Product was great. It took 3 weeks to receive my (not special order) filter.

My order filled promptly as it has every time in the past. Price is very good, quality excellent and the fit is right every time. Highly recommend this vendor.

I recently ordered a fridge filter from Filters Fast as I have done for several years. The filter that arrived was defective; it would not attach to the fridge. I contacted customer service and explained the problem. They insisted upon photos of the filter. Seemed odd that my word wasn't good enough, but I sent photos. The reply was that they no longer carry that filter (Pure H20 ph21500) and they refunded my money- about $26.00.
When I went online to find another supplier for this filter, whose name came up? Filters Fast. And the price? $8.99

Their website indicated stock and ships next day (Monday) but order still hadn't shipped by Friday. They were having warehouse delays of some sort. Support person did offer to upgrade shipping service when order finally ships but couldn't provide a firm date of shipment.

Followed about 10 minutes of on onscreen instructions asking details about my refrigerator, answered them perfectly to get exact filter for my exact fridge set up, received a filter that isn t even close to the one needed. Now have to be inconvenienced to find time for sending it back, and find the right one from a different company.

Sorry to say, my experience was not up to par...they needed to substitute product, I said as long as I could use my vacuum, but I received bags that were for a small portable vacuum, useless to me. Sorry, doesn t cut it. Now returning WRONG product, we ll see if I get the correct credit or not. I am not holding my breathe on this. Too bad, they seem to carry a lot of good filters, but I m not going to try to purchase filters for my air machines from them.

Very easy to order correct refrigerator filters for the first time. Delivery was quick and without any problems. Cost of filters were less expensive than actually buying from direct maker of refrigerator. Would highly recommend!!

Fast Filters was far from Fast...weeks, not days! Also not too friendly of a web page to try to track down my order...kept getting bounced all over the place, and often back to an earlier screen...not impressed.

How can a filter that costs so much less be any good? That was my question before ordering, so instead of getting the best deal (3 filters) I cautiously ordered one. It came quickly, looks like the one it replaced, and is performing just fine. Next time i'll order 3.

We did not receive our order till a week after it said it was delivered. The wrong address was typed on the shipping label.

I will never do business with this company again. They give out inaccurate information. Their products are not listed in a clear and accurate manner, so you end up with the wrong product and they will not do the honorable thing by sending you a shipping label to return it. Can't even reach customer service by phone. Terrible business etiquette. I emailed Lindsey as requested below and she didn't bother to respond. They are only responding to save face. Complete lack of ethics!!

Filters Fast processed and sent my order quickly but UPS damaged the box so badly that all of my filters are unusable.

Ordered filters on June 1st, told that they were in stock, then told out of stock. It is now June 14th and still waiting. Maybe the name should be changed to Filters Whenever!

Price on average, less than Moen, more than Amazon Good value because item was in stock and shipping was prompt.
Will purchase from this company again for refrigerator filters and Moen tap filters.

This company is bad news!!! I ordered a GE filter on 3/1/20 and received "equivalent" brand garbage filter on 3/9/20, I called right away for refund. I returned the filter and they received it on 3/17/20 under RMA. I had to open dispute with credit card company on 3/30/20 since I have never received a refund. I already spent hours between phone calls and post office, stay away from this garbage company, don't let this happen to you!!!

This is the first year I am getting the auto refill and think it is just great. It may be just a little more expensive, but not by much, but it is so convenient especially getting more than one product at the same time....well worth it.

I received an unordered box of filters last week. I don't know why they were shipped without my permission.

No stars, we order the first water filter for the refrigerator, it arrived in a plastic mailer. It had a broken connector to the refrigerator. So we need to send pictures of the broken filter, and they would send a replacement. Then the second unit arrived, same type of plastic shipping bag. Again a broken connector, requested a refund never hear back from company. Found another company same unit, cheaper price and it arrived in a cardboard box. It was perfect shape. Never again will I use filters fast.

I have dealt with this company several times, but today, I needed to cancel my order after I placed it. They sent an email and said someone would be in touch with me within three to four working days. That is too late, it would already have been shipped. Found a phone no. for them and held on for over two hours! I will never order from them again. They said you could press star key and would be guaranteed a call back today. Well, it is 2:35 and they close at 3! So much for that!

Filters are fine however the tax you charged on our shipment was .33 cents more than it should have been for St George, UT

I hope you didn't put a purchase through today!! I didn't, and haven't! Please cancel and refund if you did! I don't think I like this online ordering because it just takes my money whether I ordered or not!

When I FINALLY received my filters they were fine BUT it took over a month before the first filter arrived. Was disappointed and now l question the wisdom of having signed up for the automatic reorder option? Don't know what to expect?

Love the quality of filters and ease of ordering. The reminders for ordering are super helpful;-)
