I tend to buy a years worth of filters in one go and this company is just a little bit cheaper than buying from the local hardware store. Delivery is never that quick though. The order is usually split into different deliveries that take between one and three weeks. Quality is reasonable.
I've been a customer for years, and will continue to be for life. The filters are awesome, and a much better price than anywhere else. I've never had a problem with any fridge filters I've bought from Filters Fast. Excellent company!
I was able to find my type of filters after searching many sites for a few months. Also received them really quickly. I needed an undersink replacement for an RV that already had existing mount & lines running to it.
I changed out my filter, and it started leaking, so I got the old filter and put it back in, No leak, so I got another one as I buy mine 3 at a time, and No problem, with that one, I don't know why, the other one leaked, very disappointed, but will continue continue to buy here.
I use Filters Fast for my whole house filter and the filter in my refrigerator, love the way they are sent on time, and prices are good.
If they carried my furnace filter I would be ordering that from Filters Fast also.
The people are always nice and very friendly on the phone if I need to call. Just love the on line ordering!

Ordered filters, received email confirming order advising another email would be forthcoming about shipping; they took my money; never shipped filters after a 10 day wait; tried to contact customer support by email--no response; then called customer support by phone--waited 30 minutes--no answer; asked for call back--no call back--avoid this company
Filters Fast came to my house every 3 months since 2009 to change our filters. They would call me ahead of time to set up visit. I did not hear from them for several months so I called to see when I was on the schedule. I found out from the person who answered the phone that the company was bought out this past summer and they no longer did home filter changes. I asked why I never received notice and he said the owners were supposed to notify the customers but they did not. He said I could order filters and have them delivered to my house from them. No Thank you!!! Why would I want to continue business with a company that did not bother to tell me they would no longer be coming to my house. Boy am I disappointed.
I have been looking for this impossible to find filter, as has my Train repairman, for over a year. Not one site had to right size until I found it here. I ordered four to be sure I would have some on hand. They almost fit. The furnace filter slot had a small bump and the original filters had a grove that fit it. This prevented incorrect installation. I removed the bump, and then they fit. I will be reordering. I assume that even though Train does not make the replacement, this generic needed to be slightly different. I blame Train, not this supplier and I m grateful that I could get something close.
Filter arrived ahead of scheduled time, and was exact fit. Will buy from Filters Fast again.

I place an order for the wrong size filter cor mt refrigerator and Filters Fast replaced it with the correct filter and then easily refunded my money for the first filter. No hassle, no problems, just excellent service!
When filter was installed, charcoal dust was seen suspended in the water. Many flushes before water cleared.

Placed an order on 3rd July, money was taken straight away.
Waited 10 days and orders still shown as 'Pending Shipment'.
Sent an email to support asking what happened to my order, which was replied to 2 days later, was told it will be delivered on 3rd August - a month since they took the payment, I guessing, maybe in wasnt in stock? who knows, no apologies or explanation! Cancelled order on 12th July and still awaiting the refund... Filters not so fast.

I was never told my shipment would be delayed yet they still charged my card. I took the initiative and called to see what was going on and found out that it wasn't even shipped yet. I then proceeded to cancel my order within the same phone. I received an email days later that my order would be delayed and a day after got another email saying that order was shipped and heading to me. Still didn't get my order cancelled nor my money back, therefore called AGAIN, the person was rude and not helpful, told me she can refund me price of the filters but not for shipping. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me on hold forever who ended up not being there. I then called back again, and was told that this person couldn't do anything about it and I proceeded to ask to speak to a supervisor. No luck. Before calling again, I got a message from my PayPal account that I received a refund from filter fast. I will NEVER do business here again and definitely NOT recommend to friends/family.

I am very disappointed that the filter that was sold to me is not correct. My refrigerator DOESN'T HAVE A FILTER!!! After spending time one the phone with the representative, I was sold one. I was given the money back but......

Purchased 2 filters at a decent price but it took 5 WEEKS to receive them. Contacted Honeywell directly and they overnighted a filter for free so I purchased a dozen more at a discounted price. That is were I am getting my filters in the future!

My filters are on an order to be replaced every six months. So easy for me as that is one thing that is taken care of automatically.
Do not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls. Save your time and shop elsewhere. I am opening a dispute with Paypal. There is no chatting. You send a text and wait 2 hours or more for a response. They promise to get back with you in 24 to 48 hours.
They advertise you can change orders but it is impossible if you pay with Paypal. If they do not respond to texts or emails for up to days. Therefore, it is virtually impossible to change an order because when they print the shipping label the order is considered shipped even though it has not been picked or packed.
Claiming the label being printed constitutes shipping is absurd. It was ordered after hoursj and the tracking number from FEDEX showed that only the label was printed in the following morning. They agreed to let me return the item and sent a USPS label but said my refund could take up to three weeks. They are the antithesis of buying from Amazon. I have no idea how they operate with no customer service.
Terrible customer service. Avoid if you do not want the hassle. Remember, there is no phone number to call that connects to a human.

No, I was not thrilled with the service I received from Filters Fast. Do not believe the 'Fast' part of the company name because they are anything but fast. I ordered a simple water filter replacement for the water supply to my refrigerator, and instead of the 4 to 6 day delivery time I was led to expect it took 14 days and many attempts to contact someone at Filters Fast. I will not do business with these folks again.

This was the second time I ordered from Filters Fast. The first time was for a Kenmore Elite side by side refrigerator. This time was for a GE French Door refrigerator. Sad to say that both times the filters I received were not the proper ones. The only reason I gave two stars was that the refunds were handled promptly.

3 other sites sent the wrong models: evidently, there is a lot of misunderstanding in the industry about which models are equivalent and which are not. However, FastFilters got it right !!!

It s been two weeks trying to return the wrong filters
I received my order of ten filters very quickly , but by shipping in 3 different packages was a waste of my time on the receiving end . 2 were delivered by ups and had to be met in person to receive . And one was left in my mailbox . When all 10 should have been shipped together in one box . Shipping was free to me . But being a business man , I just think all the profit was wasted on your end in shipping . I have a hard time understanding this mentality of business , not sure if I want to order with you again ?

Don't normally leave reviews.....but I ordered 2 refridgerator filters from their site....shipping was very fast.....awesome service.....so far, no problems with the water quality or flow ;) I will say though, the packaging was subpar.....the plastic "bag" they sent the filters in was torn open....everything looked in tact though.....

I had been trying to get a new filter from a store for about a month. They never had my filter in stock. I found your site and not only did you have my filter in stock but at about half the price. So far it is doing a good job. It did take about a week or longer to get here but not too bad and now I know I can order before it is completely used up. I ll order from you again.

Describe my experience, Well lets see, my order took much longer then i expected to arrive not to mention, it was damaged and unusable. The box it came in looked like it had been wet, dropped and crushed on both ends and one of the two little ports with the O-ring at the end of the filter was bent. The plastic bag the filter came in inside the box was torn open by the bent port which indicates the product had obviously been dropped. needless to say, Not very happy.
After ordering filters online and getting a good price, a month later we discovered we needed a different size filter than what we thought. I called up and a super patient customer service rep helped me, emailed me a prepaid return label and help me find the right size we got them a week later and the full refund processed quickly. EXCELLENT customer service and good prices I would recommend Filters Fast to anyone.
We were happy with the filter we purchased from FiltersFast. But based on our experience I would hesitate to call them "fast." From the time of the order to delivery was about 2 weeks.

Did not honor free shipping.
Was prompted to up my order to at least $75 to receive free shipping so I added an item. At checkout none of the shipping options were free, so I left it at default. Surprise, shipping was charged even though order was over $75. Customer service responded with a canned answer.
I had an extremely difficult filtering problem, because we are on a well with tannins - filters fast has helped me tremendously to solve this problem. They have had each item in stock and they shipped them with--in a few days. I would recommend them for your filter needs.
I did NOT place an order with Filter Fast. What ever you are shipping to me I didn't order nor do I want. If you want it back you better be paying return shipping.

Filters Fast always has my A/C filters which are hard to find and never available in the big box stores. Their delivery is prompt and the filters always arrive in great shape. Have been using them for the last 10+ years now an I keep going back.
We're super happy with the fridge water filters and fridge air filters we bought from Filters Fast. I couldn't believe the prices! Everything was at least a third of the store prices. I'll stick with them from now on.
The one thing that can really be improved upon is the speed of delivery. It took 12 days from order date to delivery. So improve that and you will be a five star company for sure.
