Followed about 10 minutes of on onscreen instructions asking details about my refrigerator, answered them perfectly to get exact filter for my exact fridge set up, received a filter that isn t even close to the one needed. Now have to be inconvenienced to find time for sending it back, and find the right one from a different company.
