DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed an order for a fridge filter. Tracking showed that it was never sent. I had to contact them a bunch of times but they finally claimed to have resent it. I was never provided new tracking. I waited and it never came. Contacted them again and was told the tracking showed it was delivered but they would not provide me with the tracking so I could see it myself. Then they stopped responding to me. I had to file a claim with PayPal and they didn't even bother responding to the claim. Thankfully PayPal saved the day and got me my money back, but it was a big waste of time and I still don't have a filter. They have spammed me with emails though daily since the order so they are on top of that at least. Thankfully they sent this request for a review.
