From one order to the next the price doubled on 50 micron water filters with no reason. Same filters. Tried no stars but in order to post, I had to give one star.

Ordering was easy. Price beat everyone else. Delivery on time. Great Company to deal with

slow - slow - slow, its been a week since I placed an order and it has yet to even ship. impossible to contact customer service.

I have to buy two different filters. One filter from this location is the best buy for me. Another one is not. So my suggestion is to shop around. Prices vary. I also had a five dollar coupon But that was pretty much eaten up by a 299 charge for bulk shipment. Of course the filters are bulk shipment. But this was a new charge. Not cool

Been a customer of Filters Fast for several years and have been very satisfied with their products, prices, and quick delivery.

I ordered fridge filters; and to my surprise 3 filters from fast filters cost the same as 1 would from our local hardware store! I recieved my order quickly (5 business days) and the filter fit perfectly when we placed it in!

I ve ordered my refrigerator filter through this company ,any times, they are responsive and affordable. I have them ship ,e one every 6 months so I doing have to worry about it. Great service.

Zero - The order took months to fulfill, we ordered a simple humidifier, how hard is that to fulfill? No communication at all from the supplier that there would be extended fulfillment time, no follow up what so ever as to that the cause of the delay or estimate on when the product would ship/arrive. The experience takes me back to 1980 supply chains, horrible is my view of execution here and i'm well versed in world wide supply chain capabilities. Maybe they could fulfill a filter order but i'll not be ordering a humidifier from these folks any time soon. I post a one because apparently you can not post a zero.

I ordered a filter and an O ring. They shipped the o ring quickly. They were suppose to ship the filter 5 days ago which they didn t. I ve sent 2 emails and haven t heard anything. Never buying from them again. Worse company ever

Search capability helped me be certain of which filter I should order for my Kenmore fridge, arrived as described when ordered, and it worked!

When they said FAST they weren't kidding! Mine arrived in less than 48 hours from placing my order!

The product itself was what I expected and the price was reasonable. Service, however, is lacking. It took a week to send the first part of the order and then there were 2 more separate shipments for a total of 3 in all. I really can't see how 3 separate shipments is more efficient. Also, if you want to speak to a person in customer service, good luck. No live support help that I could find. Thanks for confirming there was no live support.

Have used Filters Fast 3 times to get 4 inch wide special filters for my furnace. They are excellent quality, delivered promptly and accurately sized. Great company to deal with.

This is a great site with good prices. I have been getting air and water filters from them for over 10 years.

The only matter I had with this order was that I was not notified by e-mail when the item had shipped. I had to go on line and check it out myself. Other than that, the filter worked out great. Thank you.

Filter was delivered very quickly and easy to install. The price was fairly competitive; but next time I will look for a replacement that is less expensive.

I ordered a couple of Pureh20 filters for the fridge and replacement was a breeze.Also ordered anAprilair furnace filter . Prices are hard to beat. Definitely will order more filters when needed.

Ordered a filter. Somehow in shipping it was said to be delivered and was not. They have been not exactly easy to deal with about this. Will not order from again.

The authentic Aprilaire 45 filters (2pk) for our Aprilaire 400A Humidifier had the most competitive price and came very quickly. All you now have to do is have the same pricing available for our Lenox Electronic Furnace Air Cleaner and we wouldn't have to go anywhere else.

Order has always been exactly what I ordered, and received when they said it would be.

My order was crushed in shipping. I called to order a new one and was on hold waiting for a customer service rep for almost a half an hour. Being severely understaffed constitutes POOR customer service in my book. I don't have time to sit on hold for that long over a few furnace filters.
I will never use them again.

I was able to find the correct size filter for my hood vent. I had been looking at all the local stores for a replacement filter for my old Miami-Carey range hood and nobody had them. Then I ran across Filtersfast.com and boy was i ever glad! Not only have i purchased the range hood filter but Pur water filters for my Kenmore refrigerator at a fraction of the cost i was paying at Sears! Highly recomend you give them a try. You won't be sorry!

What can one say about water filters? Not much if they work as expected which they do in my case. I do appreciate the quick response from Filters Fast. Nice, too, is that they ship for free on large orders.

Furnace filters arrive fast. Washer water filter came by snail mail, too long of a delivery.

You advertise fast delivery, however, on my recent order for refrigerator water filters , I don't consider the time from order to delivery anything but fast. Fortunately I didn't need them for immediate use.

I was happy to find my furnace filters on your site. I would have appreciated if you would have shown price in Canadian dollars on my order. When change came through my visa then only I realized that $101 dollar was Us. I think customer would like to talk to live agent once in a while instead of just finding answer to our questions on your site.

I saw an ad for FiltersFast and, since the reviews were good, thought I'd try it. I had been using an Everydrop water filter for the refrigerator. Nothing but bad experiences. They cost about $50 and would only go a few days until the water slowed to a trickle - and I tried 4 of them! It was the only brand I could find and was recommended by the manufacturer. On the FilterFast site I found another filter (less expensive) and ordered it. It arrived right on schedule, it fit, and is working perfectly. When it's time to re-order I will definitely go to FiltersFast. Definitely recommend them!

I will not do business with this company again. I ordered a refridgator filter to have on hand. When I went to use it I found it was broken and the missing piece was not in the box which means it was packaged that way. Filters fast sent a second filter which is not made for my fridge, then sent another which worked but was much smaller than the original. I told them of the issues and also told them I wont be buying from them anymore. I threw the wrong filter away. I will find a more reliable company to buy my filters from. I gave two stars only because they did reach out to me, but each time they made it worse instead of better.

Slowest company ever. Filters fast is the total opposite of my experience with this company. Never again!!! Another web site and phone recording company.

I ordered three filters that they advertised as no shipping. I requested a refund and did not realize that they had given me one. I am changing my review since I am now satisfied with the product and the price.

The service was user friendly, fast, concise and complete.

They may have a great selection but they are not fast. I did opt for free shipping; however, more than five business days to get a small package of filters delivered is not acceptable. I ship coast-to-coast regularly and do it cheaply with a three-day turn. I'll go back to Amazon for my next order.

These filters are exactly the same spec as the GE OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) filter but approximately $30 cheaper. I would recommend Filters Fast to everyone wanting a quality product at great prices.

Filters fast is a great place to order all your filters! I use them for my refrigerator, hot tub and heater filters. The website is easy to navigate & your order is quickly on its way to you. The spa filters were 1/2 the price as in my local pool store. Great products, great prices and speedy delivery!

Disappointed! Order 4 Rz masks; 2 lime green & 2 black. 4 lime green arrived, no black. When I attempted to return the 2 that were wrong I was told "all sales final" on masks? So even though it was their error I'm unable to return the two? Realize we're all going through difficult times but I should have been told "no color black in stock"
would it be ok to substitute? At that point I would have said No, I'll wait or No, just send the 2 lime green. Now I have to call the credit card company & kill the whole order to get my refund!
Not a great customer support response considering it was their mistake. I also have a subscription for my refrigerator filters which will also be cancelled when I dispute the charges for the masks because the credit card company will cancel my card during disputes. This is why Amazon is killing off all their competition. Just can't compete with Prime!

I ordered two filters for my under-sink GE filtration system. They took over 10 days to arrive . Neither worked. I called to return but decided to give them another chance. The customer service person said she would send them out ASAP and I would receive them in 3-5 working days. It has been over 10 days now and I will not receive them for another 4 days. I will never order from them again. I should have used Amazon.

UPDATE 1/26/19:
I received the two new filters. And once again neither work. I can hear them fill with water and then immediately become blocked. I appreciate your refunding my shipping but I would have preferred filters that work. Can you please have someone contact me so I can return the four useless filters? Thank you.
