I have dealt with this company several times, but today, I needed to cancel my order after I placed it. They sent an email and said someone would be in touch with me within three to four working days. That is too late, it would already have been shipped. Found a phone no. for them and held on for over two hours! I will never order from them again. They said you could press star key and would be guaranteed a call back today. Well, it is 2:35 and they close at 3! So much for that!
