I ordered water softener filters and refrigerator filters and am completely satisfied with the filters, the price and the service. I intend to order filters for my air conditioning system and will purchase all these filters again.

Ordered a filter for refrigerator over a year ago, received it promptly and quality was good, One year later I receive and am billed for another filter. I do not remember authorizing this, call customer service, who are courteous and efficient in processing return.

I ordered filters June 5th and I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Filters Fast shipped them out the day after I ordered but their carrier seems incompetent. There have now been two delays by the carrier, DHL eCommerce with no explanation or update in the last 3 days. I've learned my lesson; next time I will order from Amazon!

I've bought filters from Filters Fast for several years and have always had good service and products. I recently ordered some more filters and was promised $5 off on my internet order. For some reason I did not get the $5 off at checkout. I was given a chance to post a review and voiced a complaint of what seemed to be a false claim on the $5 off. The review was apparently read by Filters Fast and they promptly gave me a $5 rebate to my PayPal account and also contacted me by phone. Excellent job Filters Fast. This company gets a five star rating from me. Thank you Filters Fast.

well to begin with I ordered the wrong filters and I had my address wrong after about 10 days not receiving my order I tracked it and relied I had my old address put in so I contacted Filters Fast about my problem and they took care of the problem and issued me credit. I then re-ordered the correct filters and when they came in my refrigerator had gone out and I had to get a new one, so I didn't need the filters because the new unit had a different kind, I contacted Filters Fast and they said no Problem they would take them back, These people are Great and their prices are the Best by for, I know because they are less than 1/2 the price of where I use to get my filters. The local store quit carrying the filters that I needed. After searching online and finding Filters Fast I was thrilled to be able to set up an auto ship of the filters I wanted. It is so easy to update or change the auto ship. Also by checking in to update my info [prompted by an email from Filters Fast] they give me a discount if I place an order. Always has lower prices on compatible fridge water filters I need, along with a subscription service that will save you even more money per filter. Fast shipping and on time.

Was able to locate my refrigerator water filter pretty easy. Ordering was easy and product was at a fair price. Good experience with this company!

They don't answer their phone. They don't return calls with their "guaranteed call back" feature. They don't send an order confirmation email. Not impressed.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered Filters MARCH 6 they took my money right away, contacted them about status on 17 MAR had to recontact them on 19 MAR (they never responded) then they tell me on Backorder until 28 MAR (no notification to me -- I had to ask them for status) then 'as a concession" they will send something 3 DAY FEDEX which is SLOWER than us mail on their lack of communication. GO TO LOWES OR ORDER ON AMAZON. THESE PEOPLE CAN"T MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Found this site, as Amazon keeps raising their prices. Great price for a brand name item, almost 25% less, and with free shipping. Immediate shipping/receive. Will shop here again.

filter price is fine but delivery was costly and took a week, this would not cost anything at Amazon Prime and take only two days

I ordered small the first time hoping they fit what I had in my new to me house. They were ! So I ordered more. I found that Shipping for 3 packages of 2 is the same as 1 package of 2.

The tabs at the back of the filter to lock it in were broken. It will be a little difficult to pull it out next time .

We have a drinking water spout on our kitchen sink. It is an older model but still works well. Our problem has been finding replacement filters. I finally found them on Filters Fast. Their response time was very good.

I ordered filters on a Friday , I live in South Texas and I recived the filter in less then a week . That's fast service. They got here on the following Wednesday. I was really surprised they got here so fast for the distance they had to travel. This is not my first order from here and I have always been very satisfied with the service I get.

They take care of their customers. One time I ordered and they called me to make sure it was correct. I like that. I got my filters when they said I would and they have always been polite.

Filters fast is wonderful, good product and great service, I received my order in 11 days, if you need it sooner pay the extra for better shipping, FedEx kinda sucks.

They ARE fast! I only paid for standard shipping, estimated arrival 4-6 days. For some places, that means the time it arrives at a regional shipping center and your items aren't actually delivered to you for a week. Not so with fast filters. My filter arrived three days later. I'm impressed. And I was a little skeptical since it was a replacement filter, not the name brand. Fits perfectly and works great!

Always quick to answer my questions when I call customer service. Helped me find an alternative undersink filter when my original company stopped making them. Have used Filters Fast many years, eay befoer internet shopping was available.

I was told I d get my filters within five to seven days and when they didn t arrive I called and was put on hold...for over 35 minutes. And then I was told they haven t been sent out yet. So I told them I wanted to cancel my order because I needed them NOW and I was on quarantine due to Covid. They told me they could not do that because they were infected now...WHAT! They were never even sent to my house yet. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I waited on hold again. And was disconnected this time. When I called back they told me there was nothing they could do and I have never got my refund or my filters. Very upset! And still sick so I don t have the energy to call again.

I've been a customer for Filters Fast for over five years. I find their products to be the best available. I find their service to be prompt, accurate, and less costly than any other source I've tried. The ease of ordering and their subscription system keep me stocked when I forget to order. I appreciate this feature very much as it has saved me a lot of headaches.

The filters were exactly as described - to spec for my system. They arrived on the earliest date of the expected range provided at the time of order. Best price i could find on the web. No doubt I will order from them again.

My only complaint is that they "offer free shipping", but then charge a fee for large filters (ordered 6 to get free shipping). It's not like they don't know that filters are large shipping. But their product price is good! So need to update their explanation on shipping!

Able to find the Filters I need for my WhirlPool fridge, even generic ones at half cost or more! They offer deals but only if you buy before a deadline via email. Wish you could hold those deals past deadline to use when you need it.

I received the R12 T filter in a very QuickTime I had to make a bracket to install it on my John Deere 950 I have some pictures but I'm not that internet technology smart so I'll try but can't promise you it'll work however the filter works great I'm able to drain the condensation if any in my tank and I got it running I had all the connections with it and I am very impressed and pleased I highly recommend you buy one for your tractor your boat anything you need filtered sincerely Chris Authement

Fair pricing, timely shipping and excellent product.

When shopping for a replacement fridge filter, I chose the brand of my fridge and their software that has you choose what your fridge looks like, the location of the filter and what the filter looks like. The filters they sent looked almost identical except they were about 25 percent larger than the filter my fridge uses. When returning them, they charged me 7.99 from my refund to pay for shipping to, "keep costs for filters low for all customers." I wish I had actually searched the model number because I did find the right filter for my fridge... more than 13 dollars more expensive than what I paid through my subscription on Amazon. I would suggest they improve the software using pictures of fridges, or get rid of it completely. The shipping speed was great, but I was shocked that they charged 7.99 to return the filters that were picked incorrectly using THEIR software. I will most likely not be this company for my future filter needs. I hope my review helps this company improve for future customers and I hope future customers search their filters model number and check prices from competitors. You should spend less money on marketing and more on improving your software.

Additionally, I just noticed how they copy and paste the same response to most reviews. Now I am definitely not going to use this company in the future.

the filter is not working like former filters I purchased from Sears. I get a definite odor in the filtered water. I really would like to know where else I could get a filter now that Sears is no longer in my area
