I would give them zero stars if I could. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. I ordered three filters over a month ago and have yet to receive any kind of email confirmation. I received one filter, when I called asking where the other two were, they told me they were back ordered and would be shipped out within the next 2 business days. Customers should not have to call the company and sit on hold for 30 minutes to find out where their order is and they should not be lied to about when they can expect something that they paid for. I will never give them my business again. Terrible business practice, terrible communication, terrible customer service.
