When shopping for a replacement fridge filter, I chose the brand of my fridge and their software that has you choose what your fridge looks like, the location of the filter and what the filter looks like. The filters they sent looked almost identical except they were about 25 percent larger than the filter my fridge uses. When returning them, they charged me 7.99 from my refund to pay for shipping to, "keep costs for filters low for all customers." I wish I had actually searched the model number because I did find the right filter for my fridge... more than 13 dollars more expensive than what I paid through my subscription on Amazon. I would suggest they improve the software using pictures of fridges, or get rid of it completely. The shipping speed was great, but I was shocked that they charged 7.99 to return the filters that were picked incorrectly using THEIR software. I will most likely not be this company for my future filter needs. I hope my review helps this company improve for future customers and I hope future customers search their filters model number and check prices from competitors. You should spend less money on marketing and more on improving your software.

Additionally, I just noticed how they copy and paste the same response to most reviews. Now I am definitely not going to use this company in the future.
