I've bought filters from Filters Fast for several years and have always had good service and products. I recently ordered some more filters and was promised $5 off on my internet order. For some reason I did not get the $5 off at checkout. I was given a chance to post a review and voiced a complaint of what seemed to be a false claim on the $5 off. The review was apparently read by Filters Fast and they promptly gave me a $5 rebate to my PayPal account and also contacted me by phone. Excellent job Filters Fast. This company gets a five star rating from me. Thank you Filters Fast.
