I was told I d get my filters within five to seven...

I was told I d get my filters within five to seven days and when they didn t arrive I called and was put on hold...for over 35 minutes. And then I was told they haven t been sent out yet. So I told them I wanted to cancel my order because I needed them NOW and I was on quarantine due to Covid. They told me they could not do that because they were infected now...WHAT! They were never even sent to my house yet. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I waited on hold again. And was disconnected this time. When I called back they told me there was nothing they could do and I have never got my refund or my filters. Very upset! And still sick so I don t have the energy to call again.
