Horrible Customer Service. I ordered Filters MARCH 6 they took my money right away, contacted them about status on 17 MAR had to recontact them on 19 MAR (they never responded) then they tell me on Backorder until 28 MAR (no notification to me -- I had to ask them for status) then 'as a concession" they will send something 3 DAY FEDEX which is SLOWER than us mail on their lack of communication. GO TO LOWES OR ORDER ON AMAZON. THESE PEOPLE CAN"T MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE
