I have traded & bought over 5 motorcycles in the last 10 years but have never been treated so respectfully or special like the employees at Tampa Harley will treat you. They're approach is to help you find the perfect bike for your needs and budget without ever pressuring you into something you don't want. I mentioned that I was interested in a used bike and not once did they pressure us into looking at new bikes. If you want to feel like a celebrity, wait until you see what happens once you sign the papers!! 5-Star experience for sure!!

I brought home my Harley-Davidson today. I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was at the Tampa Harley-Davidson dealer. I know it sounds cliche to say that everything was great however, it was much better than great. Jason Rooster King was my salesperson, and he was awesome. I felt absolutely relaxed and didn t feel any pressure at all. He listened to what I was looking for, and made several suggestions until we found the perfect ride for me. We discussed the financing and what was the best avenue for me. Even on the day I went to ick up the bike, I had them restructure the contract and they were glad to do it. What better way to spend a beautiful Labor Day than racking up miles on your Harley? That is, of course, unless you have a huge nail stuck in your rear tire. I soon learned that the second best way was to spend the day being charmed and entertained by Amanda and Donna at the Dale Mabry Tampa HD. While the techs in back proficiently set me up with excellent new Dunlops, the lovely Amanda and Donna at the front desk made sure that I had a tasty beverage, a comfortable place to wait, and a tour of the latest and greatest Motor Clothes the shop had to offer, including a hot pink bathrobe on clearance that they were sure was just the thing for me. While I passed on the robe, I did get a license plate border to show my Harley pride on my new car, and I even won a free shot glass in the balloon pop. As I was there over lunchtime, they even included me in the staff order of Chinese food to ensure that I would not expire of starvation on the comfy sofa. To say that the customer service displayed during my visit was exemplary is not strong enough. I actually had a fun time, for which I say a heartfelt "Thank You!"

My 2000 HD 883 Sportster broke down. Luckily, I was right there at the Harley-Davidson Tampa dealership where the Sergeant Major was able to put a smile on my face by getting me into a new 2014 HD 883 SuperLow. With the help of Ray and all the friendly sales staff, I was back out on the road in no time at all. Its been over a month now but every time I step foot through those doors I am greeted by the Sergeant Major and Ray, they all make me feel like I am part of the family. Thank you!

I started using this N Dale Mabry Harley about a year ago, every experience at this location has been extremely smooth and courteous. I was a long time Brandon Harley type of guy. I recently had an issue with a catalog error for my Buell, and after a lot of searching, HD Tampa Manager named Matt took the reigns and figured everything out within hours. Throughout this very frustrating kickstand issue, I was amazed with the professionalism, and determination that Matt showed. He did everything in his power to keep me satisfied. The parts were shipped FAST, and I ended up doing my 5000 mile maintenance with HD Tampa. I picked up my motorcycle this afternoon and I am very happy. HD Tampa is a little smaller than Brandon Harley, but it seems to benifit the customers as they make you feel like family (not taking anything away from Brandon Harley bc they are top notch).

She took video and sent it to me so I could make sure it was the right one. She called me back to check if I got the video. Then she got my wife hooked up with Amanda so we could get it shipped to Marysville WA. That's amazing customer service. Thank you so much for doing that for us in these strange times

i am visiting Tampa from Maine. I noticed my pipe on left side hanging down. Went to Tampa Harley to get new bolts, they had to order them. I was putting a bunny cord to hold it up temporarily. The service manager saw me, asked what was going on. He asked me to wait 5 minutes. He took my bike in and had his machanic put a couple bolts in it to get me by. Thank you very much. You guys are great

While Shopping Alyssa helped locate merchandise, ordered the boots and finalized the sale. She has customer service down. She followed up with me once the boots arrived. I just purchased a 2016 Street Glide Special from Harley Davidson Tampa. When I started looking, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I finally decided what I wanted, I found out it was not available...UNTIL my salesperson Matt Cartier worked his magic! It is very apparent Matt loves finding the perfect ride and fit for his customers. With his professionalism and patience - he made my dream bike a reality! He explained some of the details and specs that I did not understand and helped me with the modifications and custom work I envisioned to make it exactly what I wanted. Then he priced everything out and came up with a number that both of us were very happy with! I was given text and phone call updates while the customizing was being done. And I picked the bike up today! It it even more beautiful than I imagined!! I cannot say enough great things about Matt. If you have any new or used bike needs - ask for Matt!.

Staff is knowledgeable friendly and good at service. They have many used and unused bikes. Place was nice and clean. Bikes were displaced nicely. Prices are competitive. My experience HD of Tampa is great. They go above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I entered the store it was like coming home to friends. The General Manager, my salesman, the merchandise department , parts, and service were all and equally very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and went way above and beyond. James MCCormick and James Smalls in the parts department and service department, respectively are very knowledgeable, professional, as well as a credit to the dealership. James MCCormick looked for parts throughout the store for a while until he found them, then installed them. James Smalls installed other parts in a timely, accurate and perfectly. Both employees answered questions knowledgeable;moreover, honestly about future modifications I was thinking of for my motorcycle. My salesman Michael McGuire is the best salesman I ve worked with. He is knowledgeable about motorcycles, parts, and sales equally. He stayed at the dealership until I left, which was until 7PM. I m not from Tampa Michael even helped me find a hotel and gave directions to it. The Financial advisor, Kim Schreyer was patient, knowledgeable, concerned, and again went above and beyond all I could ask. She found the best rate, worked throughly on warranty terms and custom tailored my purchase around me. The General Manager, Mike Smith is very approachable, modest and is like his previous employees described earlier in this review. Mike has no pretentiousness about him. He has cultivated an environment of a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and great dealership. I m very pleased with my experience with HD of Tampa and would highly recommend this dealership to any and all.

Excellent, went to 7 dealers in Florida and your store was the best. People were nice and helped, that's why we spent so much money there. I'm a first time buyer and Rider. They treated me very well and answered all my questions. Even though I didn't get a Harley Matt put me on something that he said would be a good learning bike for me. I would recommend these guys very highly and who knows maybe in a year or two I might go back and get me one of them big boy bikes. For the record I purchased a Honda Shadow 750 .

PS I'm going to feel kind of weird wearing my Harley Davidson t-shirt riding my Honda. I might not do that I don't want to get beat up, LOL

Working with Babyface was an incredible experience! I ve been wanting a bike for years and finally was at a point to get one. To say that my experience at the Tampa Harley store was exciting, is an understatement. Justin definitely looks out for your best needs and patiently helped me with my final decision. Definitely a great group of guys and if you re looking for a bike I highly recommend working with Justin(aka Babyface).

disappointed with follow up, salesman was great and we made our purchase. However Anti theft installed is garbage! I called yesterday left a VM and another message for store manger to call instead they asked the sales person to return my call.

I had to call the owner who created the anti theft software and he is shipping the upgraded version.

If this is not resolved we will ask for anti theft to get uninstalled!

I was calling around while I was on vacation for a new bike. My wife and I decided to get a Harley after looking at some in TN I live in FL. So I got home on the 4th Oct 2020 and went to Brandon Harley the 5th. Tony Trimboli took care of me and found me the bike I was looking for. The whole transaction went smooth as Glass and I rode out on a Badass 2020 Harley Davidson Sport Glide. Way to go Brandon Harley Davidson!!!!!!!!!!!

Best HD dealership experience ever!!! I work in Tampa and bought some replacement parts from them and told them my story of a bad experience from the dealership I bought my brand new street bob at in Homosassa, fl Their service manager Richard said bring the bike here and they installed my replacement clutch and brake levers for free along with a new snap ring for my foot brake which turned out was also bent and they straightened it, they even replaced my scratched turn signal lens for free even when all i asked was the levers be replaced. I know I broke the parts myself and they had no obligation whatsoever to help me out especially when the dealership in Homosassa told me to basically pound sand. They changed my whole bad experience of purchasing a Harley to now the best decision I've made. I wish I had purchased my bike from them in the first place. Highly Recommend. Thanks you guys are the best and now I feel I belong to the Harley Family!!!

Ghost was my salesman that was the best I have ever Dealt with. He had the answers to every question I had. Paul was the sales manager that made everything so smooth. Tampa Harley rocks, they were so pleasant to deal with. I have felt with New Port Richey Harley in the past. I have nothing good to say about them. It was well worth the extra drive to go to Tampa. I highly recommend going to Tampa Harley.

I purchased my 2013 Super Glide Custom back in July. Between my salesman Chett Thomason and the finance manager Ryan Moomaw, I have never had two people work so hard to get me on the bike I wanted. Every time I walk in the store I am greeted and always asked if I can be helped. Everyone from the sales staff to service department are very well conversed and knowledgeable.

Nice enough store; horrible rental experience (even though the rental guy was nice). We waited over an hour to pick up a reserved rental, and then found out the one we reserved wasn't available. They were gracious and very rental-rate friendly, but the whole experience was poor. Management should have a better process in place.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got on my bike. There was a problem with the fuel system on my 08 Ultra. They nailed it immediately, kept me posted about what was needed and were true to their repair estimate. On top of that they cleaned the bike up and made my slimline whitewalls look like new! After that the service department followed up with a phone call after picking up the bike to make sure I was satisfied. The service guys were friendly!

I purchased a 2018 freewheeler on Saturday June 30th from my now-favorite salesman GHOST, no pressure and quick! He has so much knowledge of the entire HD line of motorcycles. It was awesome to see such professional salesmanship!!! FERMAN should consider having GHOST train all sales personnel!

i have to say the Team at this dealership has always given 150% from sales, service and parts, just top notch. My recent experience with exhaust issues on my 2011 RGU was a perfect example. Richard the service manager and Ryan & Bruce in the service Dept. along with Matt in parts and Coby in Tech were the best. I had an unusual situation with my exhaust system that left me dissatisfied with my choice and the performance of my bike was just not what it should be. Ritchie and his team were tremendous in helping to evaluate the situation and worked with me to get me 100% happy and they did.
they guided me thru the process, swapped out my exhaust system, tuned her in perfectly. My Bike rides, performs and sounds awesome and most importantly I'm grinning from ear to ear as I roll down the road. Thanks again to Richie and his service team for an awesome job well done.

Bought a bunch of new parts for the 2009 FatBoy that were supposed to be plug-n-play but of course were not. Service department (Bruce, Ritchie, Pete) did some research, found some problems, got in some critical other components, and worked hard to make it right. When I picked up the bike late on Friday the battery was weak. Even though the shop was closed the service team worked after hours to test the battery, confirm it was bad, and got me on the road with a new battery (and took extra time to clean the bike before they gave it to me).

Outstanding service by folks who really worked hard to help me enjoy my bike.
