I just purchased a 2016 Street Glide Special from Harley Davidson Tampa. When I started looking, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I finally decided what I wanted, I found out it was not available...UNTIL my salesperson Matt Cartier worked his magic! It is very apparent Matt loves finding the perfect ride and fit for his customers. With his professionalism and patience - he made my dream bike a reality! He explained some of the details and specs that I did not understand and helped me with the modifications and custom work I envisioned to make it exactly what I wanted. Then he priced everything out and came up with a number that both of us were very happy with! I was given text and phone call updates while the customizing was being done.
