I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got on my bike. There was a problem with the fuel system on my 08 Ultra. They nailed it immediately, kept me posted about what was needed and were true to their repair estimate. On top of that they cleaned the bike up and made my slimline whitewalls look like new! After that the service department followed up with a phone call after picking up the bike to make sure I was satisfied. The service guys were friendly!
