My experience HD of Tampa is great. They go above and beyond my expectations. As soon as I entered the store it was like coming home to friends. The General Manager, my salesman, the merchandise department , parts, and service were all and equally very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly and went way above and beyond. James MCCormick and James Smalls in the parts department and service department, respectively are very knowledgeable, professional, as well as a credit to the dealership. James MCCormick looked for parts throughout the store for a while until he found them, then installed them. James Smalls installed other parts in a timely, accurate and perfectly. Both employees answered questions knowledgeable;moreover, honestly about future modifications I was thinking of for my motorcycle. My salesman Michael McGuire is the best salesman I ve worked with. He is knowledgeable about motorcycles, parts, and sales equally. He stayed at the dealership until I left, which was until 7PM. I m not from Tampa Michael even helped me find a hotel and gave directions to it. The Financial advisor, Kim Schreyer was patient, knowledgeable, concerned, and again went above and beyond all I could ask. She found the best rate, worked throughly on warranty terms and custom tailored my purchase around me. The General Manager, Mike Smith is very approachable, modest and is like his previous employees described earlier in this review. Mike has no pretentiousness about him. He has cultivated an environment of a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and great dealership. I m very pleased with my experience with HD of Tampa and would highly recommend this dealership to any and all.
