They're approach is to help you find the perfect bike for your needs and budget without ever pressuring you into something you don't want. I mentioned that I was interested in a used bike and not once did they pressure us into looking at new bikes. If you want to feel like a celebrity, wait until you see what happens once you sign the papers!! 5-Star experience for sure!!
