Bought a bunch of new parts for the 2009 FatBoy that were supposed to be plug-n-play but of course were not. Service department (Bruce, Ritchie, Pete) did some research, found some problems, got in some critical other components, and worked hard to make it right. When I picked up the bike late on Friday the battery was weak. Even though the shop was closed the service team worked after hours to test the battery, confirm it was bad, and got me on the road with a new battery (and took extra time to clean the bike before they gave it to me).

Outstanding service by folks who really worked hard to help me enjoy my bike.
