The easiest website I've ever used to find and buy car parts. They even reached out a couple weeks after I purchased to make sure everything fit the way it was supposed to. Since everything fit the first time, I did not have the opportunity to talk directly to their customer service, but I have no doubt it would have been a pleasant expereince.

Best price, excellent communication, fast ship, correct parts, highest quality, what else can you ask for?

I have changed my mind to use my lifetime warranty option, because it is not practical and I cannot benefit due to bulky shipping cost.
Your policy works only to those who are a walking distance away from your warehouse. The material Starla rear muffler connecting tube rusted and give up while the rest of the muffler looks new. I see even the sticker still on it. Starla claimed as OEM , but the part is cheaply designed. 2003 XC70. It is only less than 5 years old. The original was replaced after 11 years.
The warranty offered is not practical for international customers. It is cheaper to buy new one than sending you the old for refund using costly shipping bulky pary.
For this reason, you should give discount for internaional customers. Txs

I bought a replacement radiator for my 2001 BMW 530i from FCP Euro, and not only did they have the most competitive price on a non-OEM brand I was happy with, they also managed to get it to me the very next day with free shipping. And then when the repair shop told me I also needed to replace the fan clutch, they did the exact same thing again! Superb customer service!

I needed a fuel pump for my son's car. I ordered from FCP Euro, because after shopping around, they had roughly the same price as other online resellers, but offer a lifetime warranty. Can't pass that up! They processed and shipped the order quickly, and thanks to their guidance, everything I needed was in the kit. I will definitely be using them again.

I have been dealing with FCP Euro since they were known as FCP Groton and were known mainly for Volvo parts (at least by me!).

I now drive an older Mercedes, and their selection of quality parts for the older cars, while not complete is excellent. Many other online vendors are pushing bottom-feeder brands and I am impressed with the selection and service I get from FCP.

While I normally order through the website, I was also very impressed by a recent dealing with one of their customer service staff, who provided excellent service when I wrote in to point out a small error in the listing for a kit they offer.

I am glad to see a company like this surviving and, I trust, thriving! Keep up the good work.

I've ordered parts for several cars and will continue to order from them. I like the packaged kits like brake kits, oil service kits. It makes it very easy to pick a kit and get all the supplies you'll need to complete the job. Shipping is always quick. I've never had an issue with orders so I cannot comment on customer service.

I ordered my parts for a '94 854 Volvo that had a burned valve. The parts came in a timely fashion. I did have a problem with the billing as I had ordered them during their Labor Day sale. It was 11PM PST but the sale code said it wasn't valid. I emailed and explained that I wanted the billing descripency fixed. They emailed me the next day and took care of it. Great customer service.

I ordered a part on Amazon only to never get it. After a week of shipping in transit I find that it still has never shipped. It was a hydraulic line for the suspension that made it undrivable. I wasted two weeks. I ordered the part again from FCP with expedited shipping expecting to wait and it was here in two days. Exactly what I needed and perfect. Thanks! They offer defective replacement guarantee ... but when my oil pan gaskets had to be replaced in less than a year ... they refused to honor their free replacement ... I submitted my receipt from original purchase & was told I d have to return the gaskets so they could see the malfunction ... now after scraping the defected gaskets off the oil pan, do you think they were returnable?? Of course not therefore FCP did not have to honor their guarantee ... therefore I will not order from them again !!!

Clicked the price mach button for and Item i found $20 less elsewhere. I was told they would mach the price but have to charge me the shipping cost the competitor quoted me from from California. I'm in NY and they ship from CT. I asked how much shipping actually cost and was told $9.99. Meanwhile it specifically says they ship any item over $49 for free. That's not a price mach, Just poor customer service. I took my business elsewhere out of principle.

I recently purchased a new BMW here in Australia fully warranted and fully serviced for the next 4 years BUT I prefer to service my consumable parts for my cars much earlier than the required service intervals using GENUINE parts. Being here in Australia the genuine parts will cost you your first child AND your dog, so its not a reasonable thing to do here. Enter FCP Euro, I have purchased parts for my older BMW before and had them delivered here to Australia,No problem, this time I was going to the USA for a break so i wanted to collect my parts at the hotel where I was staying . We had a very short window of delivery time to receive the parts.At the hotel in the USA all my parts were waiting for me, delivered on time and all correct for my vehicle. First order 1 week ago. Had high expectations after recommendation from both YouTubers Tavarish LegitStreetCars. I paid extra for expedited shipping on 2 brake rotors and brake pads. The website affirmed parts were available. Received tracking number for 2 packages. First package came with brake pads. The next day second package came with 1 rotor not 2! E-mailed sales many times with one very unhelpful reply we ll check into this . Days later still no rotor, no tracking number. Wasted expedited shipping and still out more than $100. Lesson learned just go to NAPA auto they also give lifetime warranty for most parts.
