Ordered a timing kit and a few other various tools...

Ordered a timing kit and a few other various tools. Upon delivery, the transportation company busted the box and one of the parts to my timing kit fell out of the box. Upon contacting them they immediately set out to resolve the problem. I told them I needed the part as soon as possible and they sent it to me the very next day!
