I ordered a radiator, nissens, and it came in the original box. I dont know if i should be upset with FCP Euro for not packaging it better or the guys that mangled and smashed it, probably both. Time will tell if it wasnt damaged in shipping, i will probably pay the difference elsewhere to a company that would do a better job packaging something that delicate again.

There is not a single car parts company in the world that is better than FCP euro. They are the only reason my AMG is affordable. Love them!

My previous experiences with shipping and delivery of parts from FCP Euro deserved 5 stars. I would often get the parts before the estimated delivery date but this last experience left a lot to be desired. A tracking number was issued but every attempt to track the package was met with a message to say "tracking information wasn't available at this time."Eventually I did receive the parts i had ordered but it disrupted the timing to have the parts installed on my car before going on vacation during the holidays. It is unlikely that this event will stop my from buying from FCP though. It's just that they had such a sterling impression on before now.

FCP has been my primary source for my repair products since they began as a small Mom and Pop. They have never failed at being the best provider of parts and a source of help in anything I have done.
Working on vehicles now in my fourth decade I have seen many companies come and go, none of which had a lifetime part guarantee. I have used this benefit at times and again have never been failed by FCP. They will always be my first choice!

hi i purchase a head-gasket from fcp and it was shipped in a very large box the head-gasket was out of its packaging i was disappointed because head-gasket are very fragile

For a company that claims to specialize in foreign cars they are incompetent. Ordered oil change parts for my 320 R Mercedes. Sent me the wrong oil filter along with the incorrect oil pan plug gasket. Would cost more to return the filter than it was worth. Didn't find out until the shop had the car up on the lift. Avoid!

"Great place to shop for your BMW or Euro car", quality parts, Genuine, OE, OEM, they have it and I love the warranty they offer. I've spent thousands here keeping up with my older BMW and have been very satisfied with the Customer Service interaction with FCP Euro. Really like how they describe OE/OEM vs. Genuine. A lot of my OE parts arrive and are from the exact same manufacturer with BMW ground off the part (BMW logo delete) for marketing/licensing/legal reasons. Like anywhere you shop online, there will be a hiccup here and there with a defective part, damaged during shipment, wrong brand or if you aren't happy with something, these guys at FCP will make it right. Sometimes a vender will ship a part and send a different brand than you thought you were getting, just let them know and they will fix it. I do trust them and will continue to shop here. Don't get nervous about seals/nuts/bolts in baggies with sharpie pen hand written part numbers, I was concerned about that for a while but, haven't had any issues or failures yet. They get it bulk from the dealer and is very expensive to re-package with BMW stickers (unnecessary). You have to trust people and just verify your package/contents when it arrives. Shipment is good, they ship your order as soon as they can, items seem to be packaged/protected well and they seem to be on top of things. Call in orders added to an existing online orders that haven't shipped yet won't show up in your account online as a heads up. Love being able to see all my orders, great return policy, just an all around great place to shop for your Euro car needs at competitive prices in my opinion. I just realized they also price match! FCP Euro have been great to me so far, can't go wrong with these guys, they will do you right and have done me right for years. I have also noticed over the years that it seems to be getting better and better. Keep going FCP, you guys are climbing and don't stop!

Ordered a voltage regulator for my Volvo s60 (10/19/18) and paid for two day shipping. I got the part in two days (10/23/18) but, it was a knock sensor for a BMW! I called customer service the next day (10/24/18) and they said the correct part will be sent out overnight delivery and I'll get it 10/25/18, Well here I am still no part!!!! Won't be shopping here anymore!! No car for almost a week!! Poor customer service!!!!!!!!

Be careful with FCP! If you place an order after hours, as I did, then cancel the order using the form I was directed to us, and within 5 min of placing the order they shipped it! That method of doing business is not right! I suspect when they got in to work they just shipped it and my request to cancel was not caught. That's a real bad system. My guess is that now they will try and get me to pay for return shipping to get the part back. If they bother to responded to my 2 emails regarding this matter.

In my search for a few replacement parts for my E90 I found FCP Euro. So far I am very impressed.

My first order was just a radiator part that. Then I received an email for a Vlog on replacing the windshield seal. Looked fairly easy and again the part came quickly and easy to install.

Maintaining some items on this car just became a bit easier thanks to FCP Euro.

I'm a DIY'er. I have ordered lots of stuff from FCP. I always receive exactly what I ordered, and it's delivered promptly. Their prices are better than most online parts places, and they usually have a few different price points to choose from.

Their customer service is the best in the business. Have a question? Call them up. I have never experienced a company so willing to help a customer. Isn't this how it's supposed to be? Shipping, fast, efficient, well packaged. I cant tell you how many times I have ordered something from other parts suppliers (cough, ECS) only to have it arrive broken. Never with FCP. Fantastic.

Ordered an exterior rear door handle for my 1990 VW Golf. Part arrived very fast. Installed it, and was a perfect fit. This is a Hella part. Unfortunately, from what I was able to see, FCP Euro does not offer the two body mounting gaskets nor the chrome strip inside the door handle. Since I was able to reuse these items this however wasn't a problem for me.

Good parts & price but terrible customer service. I placed my order Monday morning but they didn t pack & ship it till Friday! If I had known it would take them so long to ship I would have ordered from someone else.

HORRIBLE customer service. I m not sure about their parts but their customer service was BY FAR the WORST I ve ever experienced and I m sure I will NEVER bring them anymore business. I ve been dealing with a lost part for nearly 2 months with no resolution. The customer service reps were completely out of touch with my situation, and KYLE who was emailing me was always unavailable to talk on the phone OR RETURN MY CALL. I m done with FCP as a whole, Autozone treated me better than this.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire which was produced by Chrysler and Mercedes Benz. The drivetrain is on the SLK320 platform. I needed some parts and started looking around for a company that could help me. Chrysler dealers are not helpful and MB won't touch these cars. I came across FCP Euro and gave them a try. GOOD DECISION. The parts came as described in a timely fashion and customer service was top shelf. I don't use this car all that much, it is my toy. So parts are not needed very often but when I do need something my first call will be to FCP Euro.

All OEM or OE aftermarket parts with honorable warranty. Plus, price is 10-30% better than dealer for the same parts. Usually I received shipment quicker than estimated even with free shipping. I've been with them since I owned European cars.

Although it took my husband another week before he attempted to install it then he said it was the easiest piece he has ever installed. New to Benz parts needs so scouted around a bit. FCP Euro has the best customer service thus far. Answers questions very quickly. Have yet to hear from Pel**** Parts after 2 asked questions. My first order got a bit delayed so they sent it 2nd day at no extra expense. prices are competitive and shipping free with $49.00+ orders, also beats the competition.

Although at first blush it's tempting to assume these guys can't beat price on a Worldpac source like Rock Auto, I've found that their all-in price with shipping often does. Additionally many of the parts FCP sells are from OEM suppliers, and their descriptions and part numbers make it easy to confirm you are ordering the correct fitment.

So far my experience with FCPEURO has been great. Parts are good quality parts, perfect fit, and excellent service.

I was in a time crunch to replace the radiator on my X5. FCP had the best price and fair two-day shipping on the OEM brand (Behr). I'd seen some mixed reviews from the forums in the past for FCP on their house-branded products. I was wary but optimistic as there was evidence they had turned things around; Lifetime replacement guarantee on all parts; discontinuing all house-branded parts; and a Reddit AMA from the CEO all helped convince me to take a chance. No regrets - easy ordering - good explanation of a part redesign and requirement of a new hose - shipment arrived when it said it would. The pricing seals it; I'll be buying from them again.

The order did arrive earlier than expected, but it included incorrect parts. This was rectified but communication on the solution was was not clear. I expected to hear that the correct part would be shipped ASAP and to then get notification it shipped. I got less ownership of the issue than expected from FCP and that resulted in having to ask daily how things were progressing because it felt like it was falling between the cracks.

I have both air cooled and water cooled VW's. One stop shopping!

I have been customer of FCP Euro for several years and while they have always bee good to deal with, lately they have gotten better. In particular I like their new lifetime warranty. I recently ordered a part that it now turns out I will not need for another year or two. I could return it, but since I am not working down the warranty clock while the part sits in my garage, that give me the option of just hanging on to it (since I will be needing it later) rather than returning it.
