I am in the UK and was searching for parts for my old Mercedes. I found FCP and was surprised to see that the prices were slightly cheaper than I could buy here, but more importantly they stocked the parts!! So I ordered and 4 days later the parts arrived! Great company. I have only had one issue out of probably 20 orders between my wife and I. They had the wrong valve stem seals listed for a Mercedes that is kind of hard to get right due to every part being unique to only that model and also having to match with engine changes etc.
My machine shop called and said the seals were too small and I looked into it and found the problem and the correct part number. After three or four attempts over two days I finally got someone to ship out the correct seals overnight to the machine shop along with a return label for the first ones and took care of everything for me.
Outside of that problem, every other order has been perfect and packaged well. Sometimes they only carry the cheap brands + OE and not the better brands (that made the parts for the OE) but for most parts they have what I looking for.
I continue to buy from them and actually just placed another order last night because they had everything I needed in one place at the best price with cheap shipping.
I am happy to say that my purches was handled well and quickly I am happy with running boards quality. will be back in the future if and when the need arises SMc

I have only order twice form here and the second one had the wrong part for my model car; a seat belt buckle. After receiving the part I found out Mercedes makes different buckles for the same model depending on a coupe or a sedan. There was only one listed on the FCP website so of course I didn't have that prior knowledge and ordered. Now here is where the great review begins. I was highly disappointed that I now had to wait for another shipment. I was told they didn't stock the part I indeed need and yes, after further investigation they listed the part wrong. This was all emailed back to me within 2 hours of me mailing them about the problem.....on a Saturday afternoon. I was immediately sent a return label for UPS. I ordered from another site since they told me they didn't carry the correct part. They next day (Sunday) I got another mailing from them (Andre) that they had tracked down a source for my car and what could they do to make this right by me. Of course I had already reordered and it was in the works so I didn't cancel the other one however is really showed me they had great customer service. This is my go to spot first for Mercedes part now

Product came quick! Ask for a signature upon delivery. These are expensive parts.VDO actuators work great!You can do this yourself. Its a common issue for the s65 engine.
I've been buying from these guys for years and I'm gonna keep buying from them. The stuff they sell is always what I expect or better. Over 200,000 miles on my Saab and thanks to them it's still purring. This summer I'll probably drop another couple thousand on parts for a new project car. Definitely one of the best places to get parts.
FCP Euro is the best place to buy OEM parts for an E46. I've spent thousands of dollars with them and will probably spend much more. I consistently get my parts quickly and in good shape. Like any other business, they sometimes mess up, but their customer service is so good the problem is fixed quickly. Support this awesome place so they can continue to be awesome.
In the past year, I have placed numerous orders (hovering around the 7+ mark) with this company and only once it was something minuscule that was shipped incorrectly Cabin filter. Volvo's have options and both are present. I'm not mad.
This last shipment came perfectly in tact, nothing leaking, and everything was as it should, even though it was a metal canister and a water pump in the same box. I'm thoroughly impressed every time I order through them, and even though the USPS option is the cheapest, there's usually a dearth of information on where exactly your package is. That doesn't detract from the speed of the shipping though, with my packages travelling form southern Connecticut to central Alabama taking only 4 days. It's worlds better than some places I've ordered parts from.
Price is a bit of hit and miss with some parts being cheaper, others more expensive, however, the warranty is always the deciding factor with FCP Euro. Lifetime warranties on non-performance grade parts is wonderful. If you can't find the part no matter how much you look, you can always contact the company through email or phone (I use the email-ticket system myself.) and within a day, sometimes an hour or so, you will get a reply.
Overall, each of my experiences dealing with this company have been exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these people to any owners of any of the brands they serve.
Thermostat and pump got here as advertised. No problems. Tougher to replace than thought it would be.
Outstanding customer service. Need a special part? Just ask! Need a quick or special delivery? Just ask! Wrong part? Broken part? Not satisfied? Just say it! These guys are really trying the impossible to make you happy. They carry a variety of parts in different quality/pricing so there's always something that will fit your budget. The only thing I could gripe about is the shipping cost to Canada which, they just cut drastically.

I purchased a Bosch distributor cap, rotor and spark plugs for my 91 Volvo 940T. The parts purchased solved my Volvo no-start issue. My complaint: I ordered these parts online from Olathe, KS. on a Tuesday night. I paid extra for the 2 day air delivery. I did not receive my parts until the following Monday afternoon. Paying extra $$ for this service is not a smart move.

Ordered a set of 4 S3 injectors. Although Bosch makes the injectors, I was expecting the injectors to come in the vw/audi boxes and have the vw/audi stamp on the injector itself. It did not. Not a dealbreaker, I was just expecting it to come with the OEM stuff since the description said "genuine S3"

They display the picture of a power steering kit for e46 bmw which included the reservoir a return hose and the longer hose from the reservoir to pump. I did not get long hose. I dont know if it's an error or false advertisement. They should change the image if it's not what they're selling.

Customer service that is second to none. In the car parts industry - the service and commitment this company provides is something others should aspire to. I had the pleasure of working with Andrew in customer service after learning about some not so pleasant news that the indy shop who installed my clutch kit couldn t get the clutch to disengage. I had to form a plan on the fly. Andrew helped me figure out the best course of action and without hesitation, they expedite shipped an exact clutch kit replacement to the dealership (so this time I could have a master tech do the install...). The master tech will determine if any parts were defective or if it was improper installation and I ll send back what I don t use. The car gets looked at tomorrow. Without this return policy and their willingness to uphold their commitments/stand behind their product, I would be totally screwed.

Replaced my entire exhaust system, even the convertor for way less than my local parts shop was quoting for just two of the parts. All parts received within five days, and these were large parts. I used their car matching web program and all the parts I ordered fit perfectly.
