Third time using FCP Euro. I placed an order on Sunday, figured I would get my goods by Thursday or Friday. They came Tuesday afternoon! One thousand miles away and within 2 business days! Unbelievable!

Great group of guys to work with. If you're DIY type, they are you good source for parts. Very fast shipping. Wish they carry more OEM parts but their replacement parts are good quality and prices are very good. I would rate them 5 stars if they carry more OEM parts.

I've placed four orders from FCP Euro over the past year. Shipping costs are excellent (even free on orders over $49) and fast. Customer service is great. Email updates and order tracking is provided. If you find an OEM part that they don't stock, email them and they can add it to their inventory - they did for me with a 928 shifter bushing I needed. The biggest feature is their lifetime warranty on parts. All your old orders are kept under your account accessible from their website. So if you lose paperwork or receipts, you can always access your order history. Their pricing is competitive - not always the lowest, but definitely in line with other online retailers. I use FCP Euro almost exclusively now.

This could be either 4 or 5 starts. Ordering the ECM Sensor was easy, and the price was as good as I could find anywhere. I was informed when the order was confirmed and when it was shipped. It arrived in timely fashion. Everything is good. Thank you!

I order all my parts from here for my volvo and always get them in a timely manner. Got the chance to drive up and go to their cars and coffee and it was a great get together. Will keep ordering and hoping to go to another get together soon.

So far I have gotten parts for a Volvo and BMW from FCP Groton / Euro. My experience has been excellent up to this point. Everything came on time as described and functioned correctly. The jury is still out as far as how many miles these parts will last, but even the lower priced parts appear to be good quality.

Have been a customer for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about FCP. From the the customer service, free shipping over a $49.00 order, free returns up to 365 days, not to mention excellent prices on QUALITY OEM parts, you would be a fool to order from any where else! I used to purchase a lot from them when I had German cars. They're customer support and entire operation is just amazing. I live outside of the US, and when I had an issue with my control arms they just asked me to return them. Taking advantage I was in NY I drove up to them and they had a new set waiting for me ready to go. One of their VP's whose office is visible from the reception even came out and thank me for my business. Great CS.

FCPEuro are my go-to source for parts for my BMW. The most obvious reason is their lifetime guarantee, which really makes it a no-brainer.

But less obvious is their commitment to stocking only quality parts, providing both the BMW parts as well as equal-quality aftermarket. They are extremely transparent about OE and OEM, which makes it easy to decide what is right for you. I suspect that their lifetime guarantee makes them much more selective about what they carry, because they seem to only want to sell what they are willing to stand by.

I have also read many stories where they have gone above and beyond to help a customer solve a problem, even when they could have disclaimed responsibility.

There is no good reason not to buy from FCPEuro if they sell the part.

Better price than the dealer by a third, received the part before noon the nest day. The dealer said a 4 day wait. Whats not to like? Combined with seriously good priced shocks... Grade A company!

they shipped the items two days after I ordered the parts(got an email) 5 days later still the parts are not here. Next time will go someplace else.

Great company. High Quality and Low Prices. They had all the parts that i needed for my 97 BMW. The shipping is ok. The free shipping takes 10 days Ugh.. and the 9.99 Ground take 7.
Customer service is always nice. I called because i forgot to apply a $10 discount to my second order and they were very nice and refunded me $10 the next day. I have placed 4 orders with them and no complaints.

The reason why i didn't give them 5 star is because, they don't have the parts that i need for my 2013 Golf R. (clutch)

Good experience ordering parts for '81 Mercedes and '95 BMW. Excellent quality and perfect fit and good prices and the choice of several manufacturers. All orders have come on time and exactly as ordered.
Until Oct 2018 when somehow the service rep could not understand they had sent the wrong part and so even after a detailed message explaining the problem no resolution. After 30 orders over 3 years I known what part I ordered. A 1 star review this time.

They have decent prices, maybe not the lowest, but they always have consistent shipping costs. Other retailers offer lower 'base' prices, but then gouge you on the shipping. FCP Euro will ALWAYS price match (including shipping) the best prices on the internet!
