I think that FCP Euro is a good company with good prices. The only concern that I have with FCP Euro is their ability to review customer orders and help them decide whether or not they are gettind duplicate items or items that may over lap in application. On my last order, I ordered a timing chain slide/tensioner and it comes with a new timing chain plastic guide/slide. So essentially I bought something that I did not need. On my order previous to my last order I had a similar issue where I ordered a head gasket set, but mistakenly selected 2. I had to return one of the sets as it was not needed. I would have appreciated a phone call from FCP Euro in both cases just to ask if that is what I really wanted or needed. Other than that, I think they have good customer service and parts are the right prices.

Great experience with this company. Had trouble with another seller sending the right part so I purchased the same part from FCP Euro and received it 2 weeks before the other arrived.

These guys can't get anything right. I rebuild engines and I have to order a lot of parts however half of them show up in wrong packages or completely the wrong part ,called customer support for a recent order that came wrong. they gave me an email where I can work this out with them and the email is not even the right address.

Got the parts I needed quickly and at a very reasonable price!

FCP is my go to source for parts for my VW Passat and Volvo's. Their prices are always very competitive and shipping is super fast for me here in the Northeast. Their DIY videos have given me a ton of confidence to take on the maintenance for my vehicles as they age without fearing paying a fortune to the dealer. Even my Indy mechanic loves that I can bring the right quality parts to him so he doesn't have to go searching and ordering them when the job is something that I won't tackle (like timing belt service). I've even been down to the FCP facilities in Milford to pick up parts I've ordered if I'm passing through CT. They are incredibly helpful with technical advice and very forthright when you do not need "Branded" parts when "OEM or Aftermarket" parts are just as good (if not better) and also more cost effective.

FCP is awesome as usual. I went online to get what I thought was a replacement OEM product, but actually is was genuine Porsche product. Great price and fastest shipping.

Zero stars, sends factory second "genuine" parts, like a bad bmw outlet store. No communication, follow up or support. Have your dealer price match rather then shopping with this absolutely terrible company.

This site is amazing. I have yet to return a part but I feel great knowing there's a lifetime warranty. Shipping always says 2 weeks at checkout but I usually get everything in 2 days! I wish I knew about this site when I had my E46.

FCPEuro had the infamous BMW M54 plastic piece-of-crap valvecover in stock and priced "right." The shipping was reasonable and prompt. The new one replaced the old, distorted, leaking original, and it should be good for several more years. Then just repeat periodically as required. Great site to do business with. Recommended.

Working with FCP has been a treat. They have a competitive pricing and a service staff that can't be beaten. For example, one time I sent a package to the wrong address so I wrote FCP an email asking if it was possible to fix my mistake. FCP responded to my email almost immediately and corrected the shipping address early enough that it was able to make it to the correct address on time. Although I have not needed to use the wonderful lifetime return policy, I enjoy having the confidence to be able to return items for a replacement if need be.

I purchased a high pressure pump for my 2013 bmw 328 xi they send me one with different plug they refused to take back and tried to sell me a adapter for 26 dollars plus shipping

What more can we say about FCP? We have deep trust in this car part provider, and so far it never fails to provide the right parts for our volvo at a fair price. Their lifelong warranty is also incredible.

They offer free shipping, I opted to pay for faster shipping. I placed the order on 5/23, here we are on 5/28 and they haven t even shipped my order and it s the only thing holding me up now.

I have used other European auto parts companies, but I trust and prefer FCP Euro the most. I am more confident that I have the correct part, and if I have any uncertainty, or want a suggested item, they provide personal shopping assistance. I have talked with them over the phone, and through email, and found them to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The correct parts arrive on the scheduled date in good condition. There are also Youtube videos that walk you through the DIY repair. The only down-side is the shipping costs; however, they do offer a loyalty discount code that often equals the shipping amount.

I ran into a process that required me to go the store and buy some parts but also have to return them because unfortunately they did not fit my correct vehicle and it took a little time due to covid-19. Awesome people! Bought a pulley for my e36 BMW at first they sent me the wrong part, after an email explaining the wrong part i had been sent, they told me to keep the part and sent me the right part the 2nd time around which got here within a week from USA to New Zealand

Ordered a part for my vehicle and used the free shipping. Turns out, the free shipping has a hidden price--it's painfully slow. Placed the order on 7/30/2020 and took the free shipping which said it would arrive between 8/12/2020 to 8/14/2020. Thought this was just a 'formality' but it turns out they weren't kidding. It takes up to two weeks to ship something domestically. This wasn't an unusual or complex part. Simple starter for an SUV. I've used other online companies for parts and used their free shipping and had those parts in a matter of days, NOT weeks. One company even delivered a Nissen's radiator the next day for free. Won't be doing business here again. I'm sure the products are good, but the prices are on the high side and the 'free' shipping isn't actually free.

Update: Three days later still no delivery of part. It's nice that the owner responded as such, but, it's easy to offer apologies and promises on Google and appear responsive for doing so. Unfortunately, they're just words. Meaningless and empty words not backed by action.
